How did Judy Ann Santos lose the weight?
Well folks, a lot of readers have been emailing me to find out how Judy Ann lost all the weight in preparation for her 20 years in showbiz celebration.
I hear so many things. There is this one post on Cosmopolitan with Judy Ann as the cover and it is being claimed by a Herbal Life representative that it is due to Herbal Life that caused her to shed those pounds.
However, I read from Star Studio magazine that Juday was on the South Beach Diet. The South Beach Diet is almost the same as the Atkins Diet but not as strict with carbs. You are allowed to eat carbohydrates but only to an extent. With Atkins, they try to wean you from carbohydrates and caffeine.
My former Dean in Nursing (when I was still in college) encouraged me to try that south beach diet but it was very expensive on my part. meron pa syang sinasabi na mga tangerines, nectarines at kung ano anong prutas na di ko pa natitikman. timano, nag sit ups na lang ako to no avail haha.

hi Blue! I know what you mean! It is just too hard to keep up with. I think the basic thing that people can do is to ‘move’. Excercise is the best way to lose weight and you already did it. Gumana ba?

yeah I am. actually it depends on the standard measure. Here in the Philippines i’m six ft but in american rule, I’m just 5′9. pero pinoy ako kaya six yung sinusunod ko. I’m chubby kaya tingin sa akin talaga maliit sa malayo.
