Blogging didn’t say ‘requires graphic artist’
When I started blogging a few months back, I was a total newbie with no concept of templates, plugins, upgrades, images and widgets. I’ve learned so much through the months that followed and I could say that now, I have a pretty good handle on maintaining a good blog with a good layout. What I still struggle with is when I put an image right on the post and it is either too big or too small. I tried using Microsoft Paint to resize the pics but it somehow loses its clarity.
I found an image resizer that actually resizes any photo to whatever size you want it to be. It displays the image as you resize it and once you’re done, just click on the button and there you have it. All you have to do is right-click on the pic and save it with the new size. It is pretty awesome. It is a web-based application that allows you to re-size your picture and even after completing your task, it gives you option whether you want to send the image to someone via a text message to a phone, email the picture your friend, and provides you codes as well so you can incorporate your image to a blog, a website and so forth. It is really cool! You have the choice of format you want to use such as gif, jpg, or even png.
Of course, like any other tool, the image resizer does not condone copyright materials be copied through their application. If you do want to resize a family portrait or similar photos – feel free to do so. It’s free! If you need to resize an image, go to http://www.resizr.com and have fun with it!
