Sam Milby demands retraction, apology from Lolit Solis
MANILA, Philippines—Actor Sam Milby on Sunday demanded a public apology and retraction from talent manager-TV host-showbiz columnist Lolit Solis or else he “would sue.”
Milby admitted in an interview with ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz” show biz talk show on Sunday that he was upset over the latter’s article in a local tabloid published on Monday that alleged he was seen with fellow matinee idol Piolo Pascual sharing an intimate moment at the Hotel Sofitel Philippine Plaza last week.
“It’s obviously a fabrication,” Milby said, as he claimed he was at a hair salon in Ortigas Center when Solis claimed she saw Milby and Pascual in Sofitel on the afternoon of October 12.
Pascual has reportedly been mulling similar charges against Solis over the article.
