Yuppers peeps! It’s Christmas time again. Time to put up holiday decorations and Christmas trees once again. It seemed as if it was just yesterday when I took my Christmas tree down but here it is again!
I am not going to put up a Christmas tree this year. I usually do but now that I don’t have a partner to share it with, it would probably be lonely if I put one up. So, I decided to just decorate with candles this year. Yes!! Candles. I love candle light. I usually go to Ikea and buy lots and lots of candles (tea light and otherwise) just so that I could light one up every time I’m in the mood. Although, it could be very dangerous if you don’t know how to handle them. I usually put them in places away from curtains, or any flammable materials. I also make sure that the place I put it on is not in danger of catching flames as well. But this could be tedious too. The after-effect wax cleaning and cleaning candle holders and stuff.
I discovered an alternative and it is a flameless candle. The effect is so similar to a regular candle without the worry. You can leave it anywhere and still feel safe about it. It comes in different hues to add ambiance to the holiday season and perfect to put on windows without fearing that your window treatments will get caught in flames.
The fun part is getting the different color wax covers and believe me, if you see Color Changing Candles you will never even notice the difference. It flickers and it is so natural. So, this year - I’m going flameless!! I can’t wait!
