They should be able to repair your glasses, bring your receipt. I've seen people come in w/o receipt saying they were gifts, but as long as the items is a true Gucci product it was accepted. I know that you can have your handbags repaired, back then it was free not sure if they now charge for it. So I'm guessing they'll repair your glasses too. I've seen bags that looked like they were dragged my the bus all over the city and still gets repaired. The NYC branch on 5th Ave. has a customer service/repair department. Actually all of those designer houses in the city do, Cartier will replace the batteries on your watch for free. I used to work at Gucci.
