If there is a way to find happiness, which way would you go?

I remember when my roommate was going through alot of negative stuff in her personal life. Night after night, she will come to me and vent her frustrations and her relationship problems. She was having a difficult time dealing with all the issues in her life that she cant seem to find a happy medium to cling on to. This was just a few months after my visit to Asia where I picked up a book called The Secret.

To tell you the truth, at just skimmed through the book when I got it because I was so busy while I was in Asia and on my way back, I was so exhausted that I wanted to rest on the way home. My roommate was actually the first one to read the entire book. I’ve heard so much about it from Oprah Winfrey that I decided to check it out. Apparently, a lot of people are finding happiness and fulfillment from this age-old secrets. After I handed her the book, it was like a miracle. Her attitude changed and she keeps telling me about the Law of Attraction and how she is thinking of positive things to attract in her life. The change in her was almost overnight!!

Actually, The Secret teacher Marci Shimoff’s new book “Happy For No Reason” reveals that Mariel Hemingway avoids the low self esteem that plagued her grandfather, Ernest Hemingway, with The Sedona Method. The Sedona Method is a key to happiness that is sweeping the planet right now.

What is the Sedona Method? The Sedona Method was discovered over fifty years ago by a man named Lester Levenson. In 1952, Lester, a physicist and successful entrepreneur, was 42 years old. Although he was at the pinnacle of worldly success, he was very unhappy and unhealthy. He suffered from depression, an enlarged liver, kidney stones, spleen trouble, hyperacidity, and ulcers that had perforated his stomach and formed lesions. After having his second coronary, Lester’s doctors sent him home to his Central Park South penthouse apartment in New York City to die.

But Lester was a man who loved challenges. So, instead of giving up, he decided to find some answers. He holed himself up in his apartment and did some serious soul-searching. He found what he considered the ultimate tool for personal growth—a way of letting go of all inner limitations—that is the basis of the Sedona Method still taught today. He was so excited by his discovery that he used it intensively for a period of three months. By the end of that period, his body had become totally healthy again. What’s more, he entered a state of profound peace and happiness that never left him. Instead of dying in just a few weeks as the doctors predicted, he lived to the age of 84—another 42 years.
