Oh now, I feel that there is going to be an Annabelle Rama episode on Diwa’s blog. These Project Wonderful users are using the program to take advantage of advertising for free!! She’s on a rampage and said she will post the icons of the advertiser’s that buy ads from her spots and then cancels them so they won’t get charged by PW! Uh-oh!! I have the same experience so I will do the same thing. My goodness, 2 cents to advertise and they can’t even pay it. You’ve probably all heard the news. Yes, Rev. Wright has been on television since last week and over the weekend defending himself against the criticisms he’s received because of the Youtube videos that have been playing over and over on television. He took a stand but that stand has probably been more damaging to Obama than anything else that has come out in recent weeks.
After a loss in Pennsylvania, Obama doesn’t need this kind of damaging publicity. Obama did breakaway on his recent speech – saying that he disagrees with Rev. Wright’s views and that Rev. Wright apparently doesn’t know him well if he could say that Obama only says things because he is in politics.
Let’s wait and see what next week brings.

Miley Cyrus was photographed digitally by famous photographer Annie Leibovitz wearing nothing but satin with her back exposed. I heard from sources that at first, she really loved the photo and her parents were even present during the shoot. Since the controversy broke out, she has retracted and stated that she is now “embarrassed”. Okay Miley — we believe that!
If you see it and compare it to other photos by youngsters during their time (Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears), there really isn’t anything to it. So, why the fuzz?

It has been reported that the Dirty Dancing and Ghost star Patrick Swayze, who’s known to be battling pancreatic cancer, has filed a living trust on March 28th according to the documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight. This is usually done by people on the verge of death and getting their affairs in order before they die.
I am hoping and praying that he can come out of this. Patrick is still very young and when I read the news today, I was really saddened by it.
Let’s pray for Patrick Swayze’s recovery. God bless you Patrick.

This is the best season to visit San Diego.
As you may all know, I have lived in 5 different states in the course of my stay here in the U.S. One of the best was living in California although people are so transient there that I didn’t develop much friendships. When I went back to the East Coast, I realized that I do miss California. I was there for two and a half years, living in Torrance and yet I was only able to venture out a little bit into San Diego, San Luis Obispo, and San Francisco.
The best place that I enjoyed was San Diego. I went there on a business trip as one of my clients are located in San Diego. It was beautiful there. I have always longed to go back but I haven’t had the time or chance. I was able to visit San Diego Zoo though, through the courtesy of my friends living in Rancho Santa Margarita. I loved it! I love zoos for some reason. San Diego zoo tickets aren’t that expensive and you get to see the wildlife up close and just think – we live in a beautiful world with beautiful creatures.
Now I have a friend that moved out from the east to downtown San Diego. I would love to visit him but he is currently in Iraq. When he returns, I will be sure to travel back there and explore even more. I would love to go hiking out there as well.
If you don’t know anyone and you haven’t been to San Diego, you may want to go with a tour company. Besides, it’s much easier to schedule sightseeing tours if you go with a tour company than your own. Specially if you only have a limited time on your vacation.

Summer would soon be here again. Enough of cleaning inside my home. It’s time to move outside and plant flowers, mow the lawn, and do some real outdoor work. Of course, no one should do outdoor work without safety precautions. Get some work gloves, work boots, and protective gear so that you are sure to be safe. It’s great to work outdoors specially now that the weather is still not too hot and no longer freezing. The perfect weather.
I remember my sister’s neighbor in Maryland. During the Winter and Fall seasons, her home is immaculate but her lawn looks like a mess. But if you see her lawn during the Spring and Summer months, the best manicured lawn could not be compared to theirs. Her motto? Winter/Fall – Inside. Spring/Summer – Outside. Hey, that works for me!

I received an email from my sister that my niece (who loves to travel by the way) just gave birth to a bouncing baby girl! I was so happy to hear that she has finally settled down and enjoying the life of a new mother. She’s the type who can’t sit still in one place (or continent for that matter). She’s been all over Europe, living a full year in England while in school. She’s been to Costa Rica and all over Asia including Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
One time, she sent me pictures when she went to South Africa. The pictures of those kids, playing and their joyful faces. How I wished I was there. I haven’t had time for vacation at all this year and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be in the near future as well but I thought of checking out flights to South Africa and see if I could get a bargain. Does everyone remember Paul from Britain’s Got Talent? Yes, the Opera Singer.
Well, thanks to another blogger where I found this video of a Filipina club singer named Madonna Decena. She is a current contestant on Britain’s Got Talent. The video moved me to tears and it reminded me on how I felt when I watched the video of Paul as he sang Nessun Dorma. The same goes for this Filipina who wishes nothing but to be able to provide for her two daughters back in the Philippines.
