Ka-bords!!!!!!!!!!! Manny Pacquiao vs. David Diaz, Mandalay Bay Las Vegas – June 28th.
Here we go again bords!! Our hero, Manny Pacquiao is set to fight against David Diaz on June 28, 2008 at Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel and Casino. Another one for our country.
Manny is heavily favored to win this fight, but because of his moving up one weight division heavier, some doubt if he can retain his power. Under the rules of the Nevada Athletic Commission, boxers who weight in at 135 lbs and above will be required to wear the pillow boxing gloves (10 oz). Manny Pacquiao is used to fighting with the usual puncher’s gloves (8 oz).
Freddie Roach will see to it that Pacquiao will be adjusted in their 8 weeks of training at Wild Card Gym Los Angeles. Manny Pacquiao is set to train at LA beginning on the first week of May.
Coming out of retirement from his last fight with Erik Morales back in August of 2007, he is now ready to fight Manny Pacquiao.
So, bords — let’s root for our hero – - June 28th 2008 – Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas!!
