You shouldn’t have sold your beach front property yet…
I was talking to a friend of mine over the weekend while celebrating my birthday at a local Philly bar. He told me that he just recently sold his beach house. I was like, “What?” (Cause I thought I was going to get a free stay with them again this summer… hehe!) But good for him.
Just look at this beach house below:
I was with him last summer and I saw a lot of opportunities in that area of New Jersey. It’s called Brigantine. Waterfront homes were selling like hotcakes there three years ago. I could have bought then, and with interest rates so low now - it’s the perfect time to get those beach house plans dusted off and start working on them. It’s fun to have a beach house. The prices have gone up in that area without much going down since the foreclosure crisis. I think it’s got a great potential and will be a great place to invest.
I guess we’ll just have to rent one again this summer.. - - it’s okay though. He really needed to get the stress out of his life right now.. and if selling his beach house would do it, I can’t blame him.
