Summer is here…are you looking for a treadmill?

I know, this is misspelled. It’s my way of getting your attention if you are in the market for tredmills. One time, I wanted a treadmill so bad – I searched high and low for a good one and a great price. I didn’t know that there are certain ranges in prices for treadmills. There are the lower end priced at around $250.00 to $500.00 but you may not want those. I know I didn’t.

The treadmill that I wanted was priced at the middle between $500.00 and $1,000.00 because I want all the features to come with it. The brands such as Bodycraft or Bowflex – Series 3 come in with the basic features that you need to get a good workout. Now that I have given away the treadmill that I had (not because I wasn’t using it but because my brother-in-law had a mild heart attack and when he was recuperating, I thought it would be best for him to have it), I am in the market for a new one.

If you are in the market for one, check out the proper features and style that you need. Having the basics is enough unless you are a professional runner and would like more features. Those types can run you between $1,000.00 to $1,500.00. Either way, you know that you will be getting your money’s worth if you’re going to use a professional treadmill for training.

Check out websites that offer you choices by price. You can view the information and find out what features will suit you best. I, for one – could survive with just the basics. You may want more than that so compare first and decide.
