Hahaha! Mga ka-bords!! Naku po, kung alam ninyo lang. It was the weirdest thing. I was supposed to have a few drinks with co-workers tonight because a couple of our colleagues are leaving the company and there was a going away chorva. I really wanted to go and one of my buddies there, “Billy”, was supposed to come out with us tonight. It turned out, his wife has to go shopping and he has to take care of the baby for the night… Awwwwww… how sweet! LECHE! In-Indian niya ko! I even drove to work so that we could hang out. Hmmf!
Anyway, what happened thereafter was quite amusing.. that is why this song is playing right now. I didn’t want to drive home during rush hour so I called Joey to see what he was doing. Well, he’s still fixing up his house (that he bought last year!!!) so he could move in within the next couple of months. My goodness. I don’t know how one person could have that much patience to do all the work that he’s done in that house. He discovered that there was a brick wall behind the plastered wall downstairs and thought that it could give the house more character if he exposed the bricks. Well, it really looks nice but kailangan niyang tibagin yung wall plaster, one square foot at a time. Josko ‘DAY! Nakita ko pa lang yung trabaho, napagod na ko. I’m more of a buy-and-move-in kinda person. Ayoko ng maraming kuchi-kuchi!
I’m glad it was a false alarm.
I was so shocked when I read Pusang Maganda’s entry about her HSBC account. It seems funny now if I think about it but it must have been a crazy day for her if you think about it. She has a credit card from HSBC and when she checked her balance, she was told that she was one hundred fifty thousand pesos overdrawn. She doesn’t know how that could have happened because she doesn’t even buy anything remotely expensive that would amount to something like that. Until she confirmed that HSBC had a glitch in their computer systems and she was told that they are currently working on the issue and it should be resolved soon. Imagine the situation and you would go nuts too! What if someone had stolen her identity? Whew! I’ve heard so many horror stories about that..

I heard this through the grapevine. Apparently, our Mr. Madonna is not keen in re-marrying Madonna. There are reports that they have a troubled marriage but I haven’t been able to confirm it. The rumors about Madonna’s affair with A-Rod still cannot be confirmed even though A-Rod’s soon-to-be-ex wife is stating that she has proof!
Come out with the proof already! We are all waiting!
I do hope that Guy and Madonna stay together. They seem to have something real between them beside Rocco.

For a celebrity who’s been beaten up by the media from the start, and endure the trials that came his way, Michael Jackson is probably on the top 10 if not number 1. This is a milestone for him… to be 50 and a record of 13 Grammy’s behind his back with over 750 million records sold worldwide – he is indeed a legend.
He didn’t have it easy as we would think. From childhood, he has been battered with intrigues and scandals just by being him. I must congratulate him… he walked the road less traveled.

The question is on. Should I really replace my Murano with a BMW or a Mercedes? I am not really that into cars and you can ask any of my friends that. But, since gas prices are still at an all-time high, I can’t afford to be filling up my gas tank for $60.00 USD every time! It’s killing me! I should just trade it in for a Mercedes, at least the money I will be paying will go towards status right? Oil magnates are already rich, I don’t need them to become richer at my expense.
While looking (browsing) at Mercedes models, I actually came across a site as well that promotes adding a supercharger to your Mercedes. It’s a way of souping up your vehicle. I have never heard of superchargers so I read more articles from their site. Here’s what it said:

As I confirmed in my previous post, my boss wanted me to meet with technical folks in Italy next month to complete one of our KPIs for this year… Global Integration. It has been a great experience for me while I stayed in Germany last June and this time, I’m going to a part of Italy I’ve never been before. MILANO.
Two years ago, my ex-boyfriend and I traveled to Rome and Florence. Approximately, seven years before that, I traveled with one of my good friends, Joey – to Rome and Munich. The last time we went to Rome, our travel agent booked us at a place that is so close to all the main attractions there like the Vatican, the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, St. Peter’s Basilica and the ruins. It couldn’t have been any closer as we walked everywhere while we were there. Rome hotels are abundant around the historical area if you do your research properly. Booking with major hotels there will take you out of the city proper and it is such a hassle traveling in and out of the area.
We were in Rome for five days and it was the best time I’ve ever had with my ex. During evenings, we would pick a local restaurant outside the hotel (there are plenty of them) and order ourselves a bottle of “house wine” together with our dinner, be it pizza or a local dish that they are serving. After dinner, my ex would map out our trip the next day in a manner I could not have done on my own. He managed to map it out where we could visit several places in one swoop and always end up in our hotel at sunset. And if you can believe this – no fights during the whole time we were there.
This time it’s Milan. I have never been to Milan and I’m quite excited to spend a week there. My Czech colleague will be there as well to help me out with this integration. Remember during my trip to Germany? Yup, he’s the cute one! I heard that he just got married two weeks ago though. Shucks! Hehe! I’ll take lots of pics and share it with you all.

I am so happy for my nephew who recently announced the most recent addition to our family, a bouncing baby girl. It is their second and I am thrilled. I haven’t gone to visit them in Colorado just yet since the birth but I do remember his wife being pregnant. My nephew’s wife is the most beautiful girl in maternity clothes I have ever seen during the time. I mean, most of the women that are expecting (which I can’t put the blame on them) wanted to feel comfortable during pregnancy. They usually wear loose-fitting clothes, their husbands trousers or button down shirts just so that they could feel comfortable.
Not in her case. She wore the most stylish and most elegant clothes I have ever seen on an expectant woman. She didn’t cover up or dressed down during her pregnancy. She never compromised fashion because she didn’t have to. I guess she shops at the most elegant of stores (and most expensive) for her maternity dresses but I doubt it because I know that she is a bargain hunter. She remained elegant and I think I know her secret. There is a boutique called DUE and they provide the most elegant of maternity dresses you can find. I can’t wait to visit her and tell her my discovery but I may be surprised when she tells me that it’s the place where she shops. Whew! With my grueling schedule at work and this workout thing – I don’t think I can blog as often as I did before. I am exhausted peeps~! I do feel good that I am doing something to get back in shape but my oh my!
For now, I need some much needed rest. I think I’m going to bed at 10:00 p.m. every night from now on. I need more energy just to keep up. Don’t worry though – I’ll be okay once I get my schedule down pat. Just keep coming back for more celebrity gossips….

Well bords, it’s been over a year. I managed to skip and hide my real persona here on my blog. It wasn’t that easy because as you know – blogger friends post pictures and it will be very hard to photoshop each one just to remove me from it.

It’s time to think about it again. Time flies doesn’t it?! I just asked the other day, where did the summer go? It’s pretty amazing when you experience Spring and then followed by Winter. It felt as if I was never even awake for the summe! How did I realize that the end-of-summer is near? Cause the company I work for is already thinking about the theme that their going to use for the Business Christmas Cards we send out yearly to all our customers. Believe me, it’s not as easy as you think. We have to make sure that the Christmas Cards we choose coincides with our theme for the year. If our theme is perseverance, the Christmas Card should really reflect that.
I thought I was thinking far ahead when I posted “Where did summer go?” two days ago. Now, we’re facing Christmas here. Could you beleive it? I was thinking Halloween the other day, now I’m thinking Christmas. Our company does it early in order to avoid the chaos later. They also want to make sure that the theme is properly selected in order that we can pass it on to our customers and make them aware of our current initiatives as well. Pretty cool I must say.

We need ideas for family fun in New York please…
The month of August is a big month for my family. There must have been a birthday on each and every day for August. As a family, it will probably break our wallets if we have to individually provide a gift to each of the celebrants for August so my sister came up with an idea. This coming weekend, we are all invited to her place in Queens to celebrate all the birthdays for this month. On top of that, we’re all just going to hire a New York Bus Charter and go to fun-filled event as a day trip to a place which is undecided yet as of this writing. It would be good quality, family fun.
I have nephews and nieces who are over the age of 20 and some who are under the age of 12. We have to find a median here to be able to accommodate everyone. I am thinking Great Adventure in NJ where families can come and the kids can go to the waterpark while the adults could take advantage of the rides. The problem is, it is August and the weather is hot. So it may not be the best idea to fall in line for rides for us adults. What could be another choice? Hmmmm.. since we’re all going to be in New York, are there any places out there that we could all go as a family for a day trip and have things to do for all age range? If you have any ideas, please let us know. We would really appreciate it.

I was reading Money Magazine last night and came across an article about online reputation. User-generated content has changed all that. With rumors, gossip and “alleged news” about anyone, your online reputation could be as damaging as any according to the article.
More than likely, prospective employers can Google your name online and find out all that’s written by and/or about you. What do you write? What do people write about you? This is most important for those people seeking employment according to the write-up. An example was this female employee who had a short love affair with her married boss. She blogged about the whole experience online and eventually got her boss in trouble and ruined his career.
Where did summer go?
Did you guys ever notice summer this year? I was a bit surprised when I realized that summer is almost over. I am already thinking of Halloween. Before you know it, it’s Thanksgiving. My being away for a month out in Germany didn’t help matters much, although I enjoyed being there – it was four weeks of my summer. I am traveling again next month but only for a week this time. By the time I come back, it’s going to be a few weeks before Halloween. Sheesh!
I started early with my Christmas shopping this year. While traveling, I picked up a few stuff here and there so that the “procrastinator me” won’t be behind this year. Last year I was so far behind, I thought I would never be able to catch up. The one thing I don’t want to miss this year is Black Friday. It is the Friday after Thanksgiving; the biggest day for shopping here in the U.S. People usually line up at stores as early as 2:00 a.m. to get hold of the biggest deal for the year. You can buy laptops for$400.00 USD or 42″ flatscreen TVs for cheap. Since I don’t have the energy or the inclination to line up at 2:00 a.m., I usually go to iblackfriday site. Any business, with hard work and perseverance can succeed. “what business should it be?”, you would probably ask. What is this world coming to?! Did they just realize that being gay is fabulous or what? Finally, my kitchen is done.
It has been two years since I remodeled my kitchen. I had replaced the old cabinets with high-quality cherry wood cabinets, I replaced the sink with a deep sink moving away from the traditional shallow one. The counter tops were replaced with granite counter tops and the last thing to be done was to replace the fluorescent lighting with recessed lighting. My electrician was here two weeks ago and he replaced the kitchen lights with these gorgeous medium-sized recessed lighting and I am pretty satisfied with it.
My neighbor prior to the couple that lives right next to me asked that I send him pictures as he was thinking of remodeling his kitchen as well. He moved to San Diego three years ago and purchased a condo. He said that the kitchen, although still new – needs an upgrade. He was checking out san diego kitchen remodeling companies to help him out because I told him how much it cost me by going through the “BIG” companies. He wanted to get an idea on how my kitchen looks like to see if he could present it to a contractor and get a quote.
Remodeling kitchen in San Diego could be as good as any using a contractor rather than outsourcing it to the big companies out there.
He loved the pics and I think he’s going for it. I’m just glad my kitchen is finally done – that’s all.

Well, I just arrived from a good and strenuous workout with my trainer today. His name is Josh and he’s about 6′1″, probably 210 lbs. with blonde hair and brown eyes (I think! I’m a bit shy and can’t stare at his eyes yet!) He is probably the inspiration that I have been waiting for all these years. Now, I’m always pumped up to go to the gym just because he gives me the attention that I need right now. (haha! Stalker!!!!)
Today, I was walking home from the gym and guess who I ran into? YES!! He’s walking back to his house as well. He lives a few blocks away from me and get this! He walks through my street everyday!!!

Decisions…decisions.
I promised last year that I won’t do drag this coming Halloween. It was really hard to wear women’s clothing you know! I had to stand in heels for almost six hours and it just killed me. But now that the holiday is coming near again, we are already getting excited. My friends and I are already thinking of what halloween costumes would be the most fun to wear. We all watched Sex and the City and to think that with four of us going to the Halloween Ball, why can’t we be Miranda, Charlotte, Samantha and Carrie? Huh? Huh? That would be fabulous wouldn’t it?
Of course everyone is dying to be Carrie but I want to be Samantha. The one thing that made my costume a hit last year was the wig. It really made me look like somebody else, don’t you agree?! That is what’s exciting about it. So today, I went online to look for “Costume Wigs“. What would fit me best, I wondered. Should it be long and curly or should it be short and straight? I guess I’ll go with the former rather than the latter. My friends were teasing me, they said I should go with the “Plus Size Costumes“. The nerve!! Haha!
