I needed a motivator, I got one – there’s no stopping now.

I was in bad shape so much during the summer that I decided to hire a trainer to help me get back on track. I used to go to the gym three times a week – cardio and weight training. Somehow, when I started back in school, I lost all motivation. Working full-time and going to school can take all of your time. Not to mention homeworks that come with it.Well, you all know my trainer. JOSHKO is the 19-year old trainer who actually knows how to motivate his client. He takes you through steps (knowing that I was not in the best shape of my life, he took it easy in the beginning). Then, the trainig got more intense as the weeks went by. Sixteen sessions and $$$$ later, I lost 10 lbs. I still need to lose another 10 lbs. yet I already feel the difference. I feel that I have more energy, I don’t easily run out of breath anymore and I actually feel very healthy.
I am still working on quitting smoking. That is my biggest obstacle. I am trying to cut down so there. I’ll quit one of these days.
Why did I touch on this subject? Well, one of the Twitter members started following me and I checked out his blog. It is actually interesting. It’s called “Secrets of a Ripped Man“, Health and Fitness Tips for Gay Men. He’s not only cute but his first fitness video posted on his blog showing how to do crunches convinced me. He is well-toned and I cannot wait to see more of his videos.
Here’s the first one. Do visit him and tell him I sent you there. His blog has a great potential and I do hope he keeps it up.
