Hey New York – - here we come!!
The holidays are most enjoyable in New York City. I don’t know the exact reason why but in so many ways, I feel that New York is the best place to be during the holidays. There’s your Macy’s Thanksgiving parade, and then the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center, the Christmas Day Parade and then – of course, the world renowned New Year’s Celebration on Time Square!
Fortunately, I have family up and down the East Coast. You can go from Boston to Florida and find a place to stay for free!! Haha! This Christmas holiday, our family decided to spend it in New York City. It’s a grand reunion of all siblings and their kids.. just imagine that. It will require a lot of activity to not have everyone turn on each other and ruin this reunion. My nieces and I are the planners for this reunion and we thought about
New York Bus Charters. This would be a good way to get the kids out of the house and the adults as well. We are trying to assign a couple of adults one day to take the kids while the other adults go shopping. You can have a Super Tour of New York City or Downtown Tour that could provide mid to high-end shopping in East Village, Union Square, Greenwich Village. It’s done on a hop-on/hop-off style where you can simply shop to your heart’s desire.
Oh yes – - we’re thinking of watching the Christmas Special at Radio City Music Hall as well.. we are going to make this a tradition.
