A successful New York City Holiday!!!
I had the best time in NYC during the Christmas Holidays. You all probably know (*at least my regular readers here) that we decided to spend Christmas in New York. It was a decision we made back in July to make sure that all members of the family could make it and well enough in advance so we can discuss who’s bringing what and so forth. The plan worked! We did our exchange gifts program through Elfster and then we planned a mini trip for the kids to go to Manhattan and see the show at Radio Music Hall.
The first priority for the logistic planning was to make sure everyone arriving at the airport be picked up and taken to my sister’s house safely for the family reunion. Since we’re all coming from out-of-state, it would be really difficult to have my brother-in-law pick up everyone from the airport. That took care of our logistics issue and everything went smoothly because of this service. Thank goodness for that! Picking up and dropping people off would not have been the most ideal holiday for me.
