Yes – SINGLE LADIES – - it’s that time again. The occasion dreaded by many singles out there – - Valentine’s Day.
I was in that state last year. My ex-boyfriend and I broke up the summer before after four years of being together. That was the first year I was “single” again for V’ Day. I used to have grand celebrations of this day. Check out my post from the year 2007.
Last year, I opted to treating myself at a SPA, and loving MYSELF. I didn’t want to nor I expected to find someone else right away after the break up. And besides, I was enjoying the time I have with MYSELF.

I was watching my scheduled Podcasts this morning and found that with Google’s new and innovative tool called “Google Latitude”, individuals are now able to enter their Smart Phone (PDA/Blackberry) and “Latitude” will provide your exact location on Google Maps. Woohoo! More tools for stalking~! Hahah!
Don’t worry, it has privacy settings just like you have on Facebook. You can turn it on and off if you want.. I just wonder if your mom registers your cell phone number as her own, allowed others to see you (only she would know) .. will she be able to see where you are if she searches for you on Google Latitude? A lot of people think this is pretty scary, but tech experts think this is pretty cool. You decide.

Alright – I have to admit, TOM CRUISE still has the bod. Forty-six years old and still looking great. I think he’s definitely in for a comeback. He made loud crazy noises before but I think he’s getting the public back on his side. He has definitely admitted his faults and is now ready to be the “comeback kid”. Successfully, paparazzis cannot get enough of him and Kate.

The media is in a frenzy talking about Jennifer Hudson and Faith Hill’s performance of the National Anthem and America the Beautiful respectively. The people’s response? WHO CARES? I think it has to do a lot with what Jennifer Hudson went through last year and people understood. People do care you know. Lip Sync or not, she looked well and she gave it her all.
In light of the overwhelming response of the people, this is now considered a non-issue. And peeps should just move on….
UNCONFIRMED REPORT: Rin on the Rox will appear on Ellen Tuesday February 3rd
It’s been floating around and I even read it as a comment on Ellen Degeneres’ website. Rin on the Rox will appear as guests on The Ellen Degeneres Show tomorrow, February 3rd. If anyone has confirmed this, please let us know. I was searching for the schedule for Tuesday on the show and couldn’t find them mentioning Rin on the Rox but who knows.

The multi-gold olympian, Michael Phelps was reportedly caught in a photo smoking pot using a bong. It was reported by News of the World and is plastered over the headlines today.
What is your take on this? Some people think it makes him human – while others say that he should be penalized for it because a lot of young people look up to him as their role model.
It was reported by image experts that this may not totally damage his image. He’s 23 years old and has acted inappropriately. I think he should be given a second chance and hopefully he’ll learn his lesson from here.

Weight Loss: Follow the Aga Mulach Way for SUMMER
Remember when Aga Mulach shed more than 50 lbs in preparation for his movie with Maricel Soriano and Angelika Panginiban? The diet was really simple and the training is quite easy if you have the will to look great this summer.
He was trained by Bobby B. Agustin on a strong free-weight program. Bobby Agustin is a former body builder and a fitness expert for over 14 years. He started Aga on a six-day a week (one-and-a-half-hour per day) training to get him from his 224 lbs weight down to his ideal weight of approximately 152 – 172 lbs). He made Aga follow a regimen of free-weights doing three sets with 15 repetitions each. He lost more than 50 lbs and trimmed his waist line from a size 38 to a size 31.
Here’s the diet and how it worked. The diet is high in protein and did not allow salt or sugar in any of the meals. If you want to do this, prepare yourself.
