Today is National Donut Day – Woohoo!

That explains why I got a free donut this morning while getting my daily Dunkin’ Donut coffee on my way to work. I was surprised when I was offered a FREE DONUT at Dunkin’ Donuts today. She asked, “Which donut would you like? It’s FREE TODAY!” Huh?

I took my favorite “Boston Creme” donut of course.. it probably has a gazillion calories that would take me hours on the treadmill to burn – but hey, it happens once a year.
