Michael Jackson Memorial Fit For A King – A Touching Memorial
I don’t know if any of you had the chance to watch the memorial LIVE on TV, Online or whatever – if not, I encourage you to. I watched the Replay last night and I was holding back tears. It was a very touching memorial, touching on the King of Pop’s life and legacy.
Brooke Shields got me going as she held back her own tears during her speech and then when Usher took the stage and sang the song “Gone Too Soon” – I lost it most specially when Michael’s daughter Paris spoke her few words. It was a sincere memorial devoid of hoopla and frenzy.
I thought the City of Los Angeles did an amazing job in supporting the event. From watching the event, I didn’t notice any unruly fan or commotion. It was really a great memorial.
