They took only blood samples and fluids in the stomach to undergo testing, after the procedures had been done the body has been brought to the cryogenic laboratory somewhere in US. The name of that cryo lab has been disclosed but they told that MJ has reserve one when he still alive. The purpose of that is to let the body of MJ be frozen in time...for more info about cryo and its procedure just google it. If ever the body of MJ is inside the casket how can you be sure that is it the real body of MJ, maybe its the wax of MJ from the wax museum.
