What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?
There is no vaccine available right now to protect against 2009 H1N1 virus. However, a 2009 H1N1 vaccine is currently in production and may be ready for the public in the fall. As always, a vaccine will be available to protect against seasonal influenza
There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza.
Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
* Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
* Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners* are also effective.
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
* Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
* If you are sick with flu-like illness, CDC recommends that you stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone except to get medical care or for other necessities. (Your fever should be gone without the use of a fever-reducing medicine.) Keep away from others as much as possible to keep from making others sick.
Other important actions that you can take are:
* Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds and other social distancing measures.
* Be prepared in case you get sick and need to stay home for a week or so; a supply of over-the-counter medicines, alcohol-based hand rubs,* tissues and other related items might could be useful and help avoid the need to make trips out in public while you are sick and contagious
If you become ill and experience any of the following warning signs, seek emergency medical care.
In children, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:
- Fast breathing or trouble breathing
- Bluish or gray skin color
- Not drinking enough fluids
- Severe or persistent vomiting
- Not waking up or not interacting
- Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held
- Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough
In adults, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
- Sudden dizziness
- Confusion
- Severe or persistent vomiting
- Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough

Balitang balita ang success ng Wowowee sa Lake Tahoe

While on leave ang host ng Wowowee na si Willie Revillame, meron din siyang mga overseas shows na committed na including the one in Lake Tahoe sa Estados Unidos. Wowowee host Willie Revillame took a personal leave from the show after an incident on the show where he showed his anger and disappointment that a live feed of the late President Corazon Aquino’s funeral was inserted as an inset during his show that resulted in angry mobs of protests from online blogs and the TFC subscribers all over the world.
The successful show claims that the host drew approximately five thousand Pinoys from all around the area in California, Las Vegas and Nevada. They said that the excitement comes from the fact that Willie has been absent from his show since August 6, 2009.
The scheduled return of Yes Magazine’s 2008 Most Powerful Man in Philippine Showbiz is September 21st. The hosts had unconfirmed statements stating that he may not return to host the show at all – all the while, he is traveling the world to host and fulfill his commitments. According to reports, he will return and he will wear white to show that he is not guilty of any ill-will towards anyone.
“It will be a Martial Law ng Saya, Martial Law ng Pag-asa,” Willie said. He will wear white, to signify “that wala akong kasalanan. Na innocent ako…”)
That goes to show that the host is ready to return and the online petition filed by Roel C. Saguisag is irrelevant. (Criticized as well because the “poor” doesn’t have access to the internet and couldn’t show their support for the troubled Wowowee host).

Cosmo Bachelor Daniel Matsunaga all set to try local showbiz

Dalawang bagay ang masasabing claim to fame ng Brazilian-Japanese model na si Daniel Matsunaga. Una, ang Close Up TV commercial ni KC Concepcion, kung saan siya ang leading man ng aktres. Pangalawa, ang pinag-usapang pagrampa nito nang shirtless bilang isa sa mga hunks sa Cosmo Bachelor Bash kamakailan.
Nang magkaroon ng pagkakataon na makausap siya, ang kanyang bungad ay ang pagkakatulad niya sa kaibigan at co-Mercator model na si Akihiro Sato. Ang sabi ni Daniel, “My mom si Brazilian and my dad is Japanese. I’m a Brapanese!”
Dagdag pa niya, “I’ve been here in the Philippines for three months, it’s my first time. Nice place, nice weather.”
Napadpad niya sa Pilipinas dahil sa isang social networking site. “My agency, Mercator, they just contacted me thru the Facebook,” ang simpleng kuwento ng 21-year old male model.
WORKING WITH KC. Siyempre, inusisa namin si Daniel tungkol sa paggawa niya ng TVC with KC.
Ang description niya sa Kapamilya actress, “She’s nice, very pretty and very friendly. I first saw her in person in the shoot.”
Bago sila nag-shoot, ani Daniel, kilala na niya si KC bilang isang sikat na celebrity sa Pilipinas. Madalas na rin daw makita ni Daniel ang mga photos ng dalaga sa mga magazines.
“Yes, even in the casting, they told me there was this girl, a superstar here, and that we will be together in the commercial. I was like, ‘Oh, really?’” ang pagpapatuloy niya.
Given the chance, liligawan ba niya si KC?
Ang matipid ngunit mabilis niyang sagot: “Of course, who wouldn’t?”
COSMO BACHELOR. Inusisa rin ng PEP kung paano nakapasok ang baguhang tulad niya sa prestigious list ng Cosmo Men centerfolds.
Aniya, “I did casting and audition. I had to work with them for a magazine shoot, then I did pictures with them, and they liked me and they asked me to do a centerfold.”
Hindi pa man siya gaanong kilala, napatili na ang mga tao sa NBC Tent sa The Fort, Taguig City, noong rumampa siya sa Cosmo Bash noong ika-10 ng Setyembre.
“I was wearing jeans, I just removed the top. We were supposed to be guys who just came from prison. It was really nice, a different experience for me, and it was really, really crazy.”
Ang modeling career ni Daniel ay nagsimula sa Brazil, kung saan modelo rin ang nakatatandang kapatid.
“I was a model, I started 15, too young, e! I started in Brazil around 15 and outside Brazil, I started at 16. [My sister] started first, then I followed her steps. She’s older, she’s 23, she’s also here in the Philippines right now.”
At dahil sa pagmo-modelo, naikot na ni Daniel ang maraming lugar sa iba’t ibang panig ng mundo, tulad ng Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Amsterdam, Germany, Paris at Spain.
AMAZING MANILA. At kahit malayo siya ngayon sa bayang kinalakhan niya, masaya si Daniel. Manila raw “feels like home.”
“It’s an amazing place, amazing weather, amazing people…[It] feels like home, feels like Brazil sometimes, like Rio de Janeiro. It really looks like the same. Everybody’s nice, just like in Brazil, everybody’s feeling great. Sao Paulo is like Makati.”
Good news para sa mga kababaihan, ver-r-ry single and unattached si Daniel.
Kuwento niya sa PEP, “I don’t have a girlfriend. Before I had, she’s Brazilian, she’s a model also, she’s in Brazil. I don’t have anymore.”
Another good thing, hindi rin daw imposible kung kung Filipina ang susunod niyang girlfriend.
A TASTE OF LOCAL SHOWBIZ. Isa ring Brazilian ang una niyang nakatrabaho sa telebisyon, model-host na si Daiana Menezes.
Nagkakilala na raw sila dati sa isang modeling gig. “We met in Thailand in 2005 when I went to Thailand, she was also modeling there that time. Here, we did a TV show [guesting], we had to dance in Eat Bulaga.”
Isang Brazilian dish naman ang nagbigay-daan sa kanya upang makapag-guest sa isang show. “I also cooked in a TV show, I cooked a Brazilian dish in the Sweet Life show,” aniya.
MORE DETAILS ABOUT DANIEL. Football ang kanyang sport.
“I used to play professional football in Hong Kong and Brazil, all my life I played football. I stayed in Hong Kong for two years to model, I stayed there the longest, I was eighteen years old then.”
Tatlo silang magkakapatid: “I have a sister, who is also a model; and a brother in Brazil, he’s 16, he’s studying.”
Hindi pa raw siya nakakatapos ng college, at may plano siyang ipagpatuloy ang kanyang pag-aaral.
Bukod sa pagiging modelo, ambisyon din ni Daniel na maging isang aktor.
“I like to act as well. I’m learning Tagalog as well. I just had six lessons, just the basics, like kumusta, mabuti, bukas, ngayon, kahapon, magandang gabi.”
At nang tanungin siya tungkol sa mga paborito niyang showbiz personalities: “I like Robin Williams, Denzel Washington, Angelina Jolie. I like Will Smith.”
Hindi pa alam ni Daniel kung gaano katagal siyang mamamalagi sa Pilipinas. Depende raw ito sa mga opportunities na darating sa kanya. “It depends on the job. I’m sure I’m going to stay here for a while coz I still have a lot of plans,” pagtatapos ni Daniel.
Brazil rocks!
Well hello peeps! Here I am, balik trabaho ulit. I thought one week in Brazil is a long time until I was about to leave last Sunday. I wished I had stayed longer. Pero dahil di naman unlimited ang funds ng ditse ninyo, I had to come back home para magtrabaho ulit. Kailangang mag-ipon para makabalik sa Rio at Sao Paulo.
I will post more pictures but in the meantime, gusto ko lang bigyang pugay si darbs…. haha!! Ayan ha, ginaya ko na ang post mo….

AGB Mega Manila TV Ratings (Sept. 11-14): Stairway To Heaven makes a big step on its first episode
GMA-7′s latest primetime series Stairway To Heaven may not have reached heaven yet when it piloted last night, September 14, but is well on its way there. The romantic-drama series generated a 33.5 percent rating to place fourth in the primetime slot, based on the latest overnight ratings of AGB Nielsen Philippines among Mega Manila households.
Stairway To Heaven‘s pilot episode, which ran for almost an hour, went up against ABS-CBN primetime soaps Tayong Dalawa and Dahil May Isang Ikaw. Tayong Dalawa got a higher 34.4 percent to take the third spot, while Dahil May Isang Ikaw obtained 32.6 percent to secure the fifth place.

ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida still prevails over GMA-7′s Telebabad block, based on the latest overnight ratings of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) among national households.
The pilot episode of GMA-7′s latest primetime offering, Stairway To Heaven, did nothing to change the ranking in the ratings chart last night, September 14 The Kapuso romantic-drama series starring Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos opened with 25.8 percent to take sixth place.
ABS-CBN programs took the top five spots: May Bukas Pa (40.7 percent), Tayong Dalawa (39.9 percent), TV Patrol World (35.6 percent), Katorse (31.1 percent), and Dahil May Isang Ikaw (30.8 percent).
Darna led the campaign of the Kapuso network with 30.7 percent.
Here are the comparative ratings of ABS-CBN and GMA-7 programs from September 11 to 14, based on the overnight ratings of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) among National households.
In My Life holds consecutive screenings in Trinoma and SM Megamall

Now that the problem between Star Cinema and SM Malls has been fixed, moviegoers now have the option of watching the latest project of ABS-CBN’s film arm in the biggest movie chain in the country. In fact, it was announced that In My Life will be screened in 119 theaters nationwide starting this Wednesday, September 16.
Shot partly in New York, In My Life is topbilled by Vilma Santos, John Lloyd Cruz and Luis Manzano. The Olivia Lamasan film has been graded “B” by the Cinema Evaluation Board. Sarah Geronimo performed the theme song of the movie titled “Something New in My Life.”
The story of In My Life revolves around Shirley Templo (Vilma), a strict librarian who goes to New York to be reunited with her estranged son Mark (Luis). She is surprised to learn that her gay son is already living in with another man named Noel (John Lloyd) who is an illegal immigrant.

Ha! It’s become a firestorm! Kanye West’s rudeness against Taylor Swift during the VMAs was not received well not only by fans but fellow celebrities as well.
CNN.com reports:
“At first, people weren’t sure if it was kind of like a gag,” Wilson said. “You could feel everybody being nervous and not knowing if it was a prank or something. Then people started booing him really loud.”
This was not similar to the Bruno (Sascha Baron) and Eminem prank during the MTV Movie Awards. Apparently, when the crowd booed Kanye, he was angered by it (which was not captured on TV) and gave the finger.
Twitter was filled with celebrity reactions.
Singer Pink tweeted, “Kanye West is the biggest piece of [expletive] on earth. Quote me,” and Joel Madden of the band Good Charlotte tweeted, “All i’m saying is Taylor Swift is a young chic and you just walk up and grab the mic.”

Kanye Apologizes Again – Blog entry with apologies is gone?
Rightfully so! Kanye West did a terrible thing. He apologized and hopefully that will be enough for Taylor Swift. I guess this will go down in MTV VMAs history as one of the most embarrassing moments for Kanye West.
A repentant Kanye West took to his blog shortly afterward, offering up an all-caps mea culpa to his fans and MTV and promising a more formal apology to the 19-year-old object of his disaffection the following day.
But he still undeservingly cut himself some slack by pointing out that he “is a fan of real pop culture,” and therefore just had to tell it like it is.
Strangely enough, that blog post has since gone missing.
West, who was previously scheduled as a musical guest along with Rihanna and Jay-Z on tonight’s premiere of The Jay Leno Show, is also now planning to sit and rap with the prime-time newcomer about what happened.

Proud moment: Beyonce giving Taylor Swift “her moment”
I was away as you all know and I didn’t have the chance to blog while on vacation. I did miss quite a few events and one of the events was the interruption that Kanye West did to Taylor Swift as she was giving her acceptance speech for winning Best Female Video for “You Belong With Me”.
Kanye, who was drinking at the time appeared on stage and stated that it should have been Beyonce who should have won the Best Female Video with “Single Ladies” and said,
“Yo, Taylor, I’m really happy for you, and I’m going to let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time,” he shouted. “One of the best videos of all time!”

Patrick Swayze, Hollywood’s Dirty Dancer, Dead at 57

It’s a shame. I got back from my trip and this it the news that welcomed me home. My week-long vacation was a blast. Yes folks – Chuva Chienes is back.
I was hoping that he would beat it. He was so courageous in fighting the disease. From knowing someone who died of pancreatic cancer last year after eight months since he was diagnosed, I didn’t think Patrick would live longer than eight months. But he survived for more than a year.
I read from E-Online.com:
Patrick Swayze, the movie star whose iconic roles in Dirty Dancing and Ghost transcended and the man whose perseverance in the face of advanced cancer inspired, died today in Los Angeles. He was 57.
“One thing I’m not gonna do is chase staying alive,” Swayze told Barbara Walters in January. “You spend so much time chasing staying alive, you won’t live.”
At the time, Swayze guessed he had two more years to live.
Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in early 2008. Despite the gloom and doom of initial tabloid reports, Swayze went on to star in the A&E cop drama The Beast.
“I’m a miracle, dude. I don’t know why,” Swayze was quoted as saying shortly before he began work on the series.
Still, not one to sugarcoat the toll the disease took on him, Swayze told Walters the show’s summer 2008 shoot was hell.
“By the third episode in, at one point I didn’t know if I was gonna finish this thing and I thought I’d made a big mistake,” Swayze said. “It just made me angry at myself, though.”
Days before the Walters interview premiered, Swayze was hospitalized with pneumonia. He was released within a week and announced plans to write a memoir with his wife of 34 years, Lisa Niemi. The book was due this fall.

When I started the poll for the Hottest Pinoy Hunk and Sexiest Pinay Babe for the summer, I wasn’t expecting to be surprised with the results. The preliminary votes rendered a few days after the poll started got Sam Milby in the lead for the Hottest Pinoy Hunk and Angel Locsin for the Sexiest Pinay Babe. I thought it was going to change as the time went on but it shows that the lead of both talents remain unchanged. Remember to vote for your choice as the end of the poll approaches.
I thought KC Concepcion would have a better rating that she has received so far. The same with Gerald Anderson whom I thought is so hot right now due to his teleserye, “Tayong Dalawa“. I was mistaken.
So far, for the men – Sam Milby still takes the lead with a 30% rate with a total of 242 votes. While Dingdong Dantes takes the second spot at 20% with a total of 165 votes. Surprisingly, the uber sculpted Piolo Pascual ranks only third with a total of 127 votes. Hmmmm…. I guess Sam Milby is about to be crowned the Summer’s Hottest Pinoy Hunk if the ratings continue. Come on people – support your hunk. Vote now – we still have six days left. Rafael Rosell who is hotter than hot seems to have gotten cold being the least-liked hunk of the summer with a 3% rating.
For the women – Angel Locsin takes the lead with a 28% rate with a total of 221 votes followed by Anne Curtis at second place with a 22% rate garnering a total of 175 votes! Wow! Marian Rivera came in third (I guess this has a lot to do with the success of Darna) reaching a 19% rate with a total number of 150 votes. Katrina Halili comes in last with only a 2% rating at 15 votes. Ha~! A sex video doesn’t help much does it?
Let’s keep the votes coming. I am also amused about the comments left on the polling comment section. It’s pretty obvious that Angel and Sam have the most following. Could this be because of “Only You“?

Gerald Anderson – Coverboy of Cosmo Centerfolds – Bachelor Bash 2009
Being the cover boy of the Cosmo Centerfolds this year, understandable kung bakit naging kaabang-abang ang pagrampa ng Kapamilya star na si Gerald Anderson sa ginanap na Cosmo Bachelor Bash 2009 kabagi, September 10, sa NBC Tent, The Fort, Taguig City.
Si Gerald din ang nakakuha ng pinakamalakas na hiyawan mula sa mga tao sa loob ng NBC Tent, kung saan kasama niyang rumampa ang iba pang Cosmo Centerforlds this year na sina Aljur Abrenica, Ejay Falcon, Akihiro Sato, JC Tiuseco, Phil Younghusband, Xian Lim, at Daniel Matsunaga. Hindi naman nakarating sina Sid Lucero at Joem Bascon.
Pero halatang nahiya si Gerald nang sabihan na siya ang “pinakabida” among the bachelors na rumampa dahil siya nga ang huling tinawag.
“Hindi naman, hindi naman… Masaya lang. Sobrang nag-enjoy ang mga tao kaya nag-enjoy din kami,” sabi ni Gerald nang makausap ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) sa backstage ng NBC Tent.
Does he feel above the rest sa nangyaring show?
“Ah, hindi naman. Noong lumabas kami, pantay-pantay kaming lahat,” sagot niya.
TOPLESS GERALD. Ano ang naramdaman niya na walang tigil ang tilian ng audience—na karamihan ay mga babae at bading—habang rumarampa siya?
“Nakakahiya nga!” bulalas ng young actor. “Parang ayaw ko ngang lumabas kanina. Pero masaya. Sobrang nakakatuwa talaga. Pero siyempre, kinilig din ako kahit paano. Ito ang first time na mag-topless ako talaga.”
Two months din daw ang naging preparation ni Gerald for the event.
Ano ang exact feeling niya noong finally ay umakyat na siya sa stage?
“Nahiya ako, first time ko kasi, tapos Cosmopolitan pa. Pero pag-akyat ko sa stage, sobrang overwhelmed ako nang makita ko ang mga tao. May mga water guns pa sila!” sagot ni Gerald, na ang tinutukoy ay ang water guns na gamit ng audience upang basain ang rumarampang models at artista na gusto nila.
Ano ang naging motivation niya para mapapayag siyang rumampa nang naka-topless sa harap ng maraming tao?
“Siyempre noong tinanong ako, of course, overwhelmed ako. Masaya ako, so ginawa ko. At saka ginawa ko ang lahat para maging maganda ang outcome.”
Bago lumabas ng stage si Gerald ay ang Kapuso star na si Aljur Abrenica muna ang tinawag sa stage. Nag-usap ba sila ni Aljur sa backstage kahit na galing sila sa magkalabang networks?
“Aljur is a good guy,” sabi ni Gerald. “Nakita ko siya sa backstage, so he’s also deserving. Minsan magba-basketball kami kapag may free time.”
KIM’S POSSIBLE REACTION. Kung si Aljur ay pinanood ng ka-loveteam niyang si Kris Bernal upang magbigay ng suporta, hindi naman nagpunta kagabi ang kapareha ni Gerald sa Tayong Dalawa na si Kim Chiu. Pero ayon kay Gerald, inimbitahan daw niya si Kim at naiintindihan daw niya kung hindi man ito nakarating.
“Of course, pero si Kim naman, hindi siya puwede sa mga ganito,” sabi ni Gerald. “Hindi siya mahilig sa mga ganito, and may trabaho rin siya ngayon. Pero si Kim naman, siya ang nagsasabi sa akin na, ‘Mag-workout ka. Mag-workout ka!’”
Kung mapapanood ni Kim ang footage ng ginawa niyang pagrampa, ano kaya sa tingin niya ang magiging reaction nito?
“Ay, ewan ko!” natatawang sabi ng tanyag na ring young star ng ABS-CBN. “Sana naman maging proud siya.”
Kung si Gerald man ay napapayag mag-pose sa Cosmopolitan, hindi daw niya papayagan si Kim mag-pose for a men’s magazine.
“Ayaw ko siyempre, si Kim yun, e. At saka alam naman natin na napaka-wholesome ni Kim. Pero kung ano ang gusto niya, supportive ako,” aniya.
TAYONG DALAWA. Dalawang linggo na lang ang nalalabi at matatapos na ang pinagsasamahan nilang primetime series ni Kim na Tayong Dalawa. Ano ang nararamdaman ni Gerald sa nalalapit na pagtatapos ng kanilang teleserye?
“Nakakalungkot, pero at the same time, siyempre ang Tayong Dalawa naging consistent naman sa rating. So, masaya naman ako. Kahit papaano naman, kahit patapos na kami, masaya naman ako,” saad ni Gerald.
Hindi ba sila nailang ni Kim nang gawin nila ang honeymoon scene nila sa serye?
“A, ginawa namin sa Boracay yun, e. Wala… Alam mo yung kapag nasa Boracay ka, yung atmosphere, talagang tumutulong sa amin. Siyempre, four years na kaming magkasama ni Kim. Pero hindi naman namin pinag-usapan, so we’re really comfortable with each other.”
Saan patungo ang loveteam nila ni Kim ngayong matatapos na ang Tayong Dalawa? May follow-up project na ba sila together o papaghiwalayin muna sila?
“Naku, hindi ko alam,” sagot ni Gerald. “Sana mas maraming project to come. Sana mas marami pang matured roles.”
Kung paghihiwalayin sila, okey na ba sa kanila?
“Kung yun po ang desisyon ng management. Siyempre, kahit maghiwalay man kami, alam namin sa isa’t isa na magkakaroon din kami ng project in the future,” sagot ni Gerald.

Ha! This is great! I like Ellen Degeneres and I find her very entertaining. Her addition to “American Idol” could surely win more viewers and one that wouldn’t make Paula Abdul supporters bitter about the move.
CNN.com reports Ellen saying:
“I’m thrilled to be the new judge on American Idol,” DeGeneres said Wednesday. “I’ve watched since the beginning, and I’ve always been a huge fan. So getting this job is a dream come true, and think of all the money I’ll save from not having to text in my vote.”

Well, according to Gawker.com, when the news broke out that Levi Johsnton would be willing to strip down for the right price, Playgirl photographer Daniel Nardicio contacted Levi’s manager immediately. The print edition was shutdown so they will do the shoot for the web version of Playgirl.
Levi won’t strip to his birthday suit but will be willing to be in his underwear… good enough right boys?

Philippine Medical Association suspends Hayden Kho’s membership

It was an unlikely alliance. But cosmetic surgeon Hayden Kho braved possible condemnation from staunch women’s rights advocates by attending the launch of the white ribbon campaign of the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM).
The event was sponsored by UNIFEM to raise awareness and thwart the increasing violence against women.
Kho gained national notoriety after his sex videos with different women were exposed a few months back. Among those in the video was sexy actress Katrina Halili, who then filed a lawsuit against Kho for allegedly breaching her trust and publicly humiliating her.
Kho stressed that his presence at the occasion was an indication of his desire to support advocacies concerning women.
He also credited his lawyer, Lorna Kapunan—a known advocate of women’s rights—for educating him on the subject and encouraging him to reach out.
It was also revealed during the event that Kho’s membership with The Philippine Medical Association (PMA) has been suspended for a year due to his “conduct offensive to the profession.”
Kapunan clarified, however, that the suspension only deals with her client’s membership status and not his professional license as a doctor. The PMA has reportedly asked The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) to likewise suspend the ex-boyfriend of cosmetic surgeon-entrepreneur Vicki Belo.
Katrina Halili had personally filed a request addressed to the PRC to revoke Kho’s medical license. She argued that Hayden’s private behavior is totally unbecoming for a medical professional. Should the PRC decide to act favorably to Katrina’s request, Hayden’s license to practice his profession will automatically be cancelled.
Kho, who said that he was expecting the PMA’s verdict, told reporters: “I respect their decision… I’m actually ready for anything.”

I have never heard of Maia Campbell. I am not a big fan of hip hop but apparently, Maia Campbell Crack Video is getting so much attention these days. She seems to be “out of it” and speaking as if she is on drugs. I hope this was just an act, otherwise – I hope she gets help real soon.
