Admit it. If you’re a straight man (I mean a REAL straight man), you may never have thought of trimming down there. You know – - that wild forest down there that you let freely grow with the wind. Well, I got news for you. Scott Herman from MTV’s Reality ShowReal World” says that real men should do it too!

If you think about it, you don’t only have to be attractive when you’re clothed… TRIM or SHAVED looks better than NOT. I mean, we aren’t in the 70s anymore. :)

Allan Hyde: True Blood’s Godric Goes Shirtless

I have an outstanding invitation to watch True Blood from a “possible date”.  I haven’t been able to go because life has been so busy (I can’t remember a day it wasn’t!).   I am a fan of vampire books and movies most specially if you throw in the sexy guys like Allan Hyde into the mix.  I am already high-school-girl-fanatic-type about Taylor Lautner on Twilight.  These vampire movies and TV shows will probably get me to quit blogging once and for all… that’s why I don’t want to get hooked.

But look at Allan Hyde… hmmmm… maybe the “raincheck” for that Trueblood date is worth cashing in.  I’ll give you guys an update.

PJR0603_EPS303_BN0690

Hello Project Runway fans! What’s in store for you on Project Runway this season? Watch the Sneak Peek below:

Multo~!!!!!!!!!!!!!

scared

Reynz: “Ganun daw yun?”

Chuva: “OO! Maniwala ka!”

Panoorin ninyo itong video na ‘to. Sabihin ninyo sa ‘kin kung hindi totoo.

Tulog na ‘ko! Natakot tuloy akong bigla!

Gays have become a commodity? Nurse Jackie’s Gay Kiss

nursejackiemalekiss

I remember when I used to search high and low for gay-themed movies. It was very rare that you see two men kiss, unless it’s pornographic. Nowadays, you can see gay scenes everywhere. Don’t take me the wrong way. I am glad we have advanced in the way people perceive us. Showtime’s Nurse Jackie is another show which aired an episode where Peter Facinelli (Twilight) and Haaz Sleiman share a smack.

Why is it then that all of a sudden there are more Gay Indie films than you can ever watch. Why is it that every show, there is a gay character. Is it because we are now a commodity?  Do our character bring in big advertising bucks – hey, Queer as Folk, The L Word were successful cable shows about the lives of gays and lesbians.  What do you guys think?

John Lloyd Cruz and Luis Manzano is very much anticipated by viewers when the two stars share a kiss in their upcoming movie, In My Life.

It’s a given. Whitney Houston is ready for a great comeback!

whitney_houston_live

Whitney Houston performed for an audience on Good Morning America at Central Park on September 1, 2009. She looks good, her voice sounds great and she is still the performer that can engage the audience. I have waited for her comeback and there were a couple of faulty ones before but this time, I think the DIVA is ready! Her family was there (Cissy Houston was in the audience) to support her and it looks like it was a great time!

Go Whitney! You’re on the right track!

CNN reports charges of alleged “deviant hazing and humiliation” of new recruits on explosive photos including half-naked men in compromising positions of guards guarding the embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan that may be seen at the website Gawker.com by the contractor hired by the State Department that threatens the Embassy’s security.

Project on Government Oversight (POGO) obtained the photos of superiors and other guards off duty hazing new recruits getting naked with one another that include simulation of homosexual sex and other offensive gestures in a Muslim country.

Kevin “Fed” Federline seems to be well …. FED.

kevin-federline-fat-315x288

Whoah! I know age can take its toll but the guy is only 31 years old. He used to be so hot before and I couldn’t imagine that he would let go like this. Yes, I’m talking of Kevin “Fed” Federline – the ex-Mr. Britney Spears guy.

I’m sure he’s seen the tabloids and even before that, he’s seen himself naked in front of the mirror. I think he should go back to the gym. I mean, his face doesn’t show much puffiness – just the belly. I’m wondering if he’s just waiting for Jenny Craig to sponsor his weight loss just like it was done for Veronica’s Closet star, Kirstie Alley. It will be a matter of time before he goes on a magazine cover all slim and sexy just like Brit Brit did – - with bold letters stating, “How I lost the weight.” You just wait.

Taylor Lautner’s Photo Shoot for Teen Vogue was taken by the famous photographer for Abercrombie & Fitch photos – Mr. Bruce Weber. There is no other photographer I would choose for a teen shoot like this because Mr. Weber knows his stuff and he knows what appeals to people. Just look at the success of A & F because of Mr. Weber’s creativity. It looks like a fun shoot and Taylor is simply HOT!

Maricar Reyes on her first TV interview about the scandal: “I will answer at a more appropriate time”

Maricar Reyes arrived solo at the Star Magic Ball wearing a gown by Czarina Villa. The actress expressed her excitement since it was her first time to attend the annual event. “I only worked with Star Magic last year. It’s great, really exciting, nerve-wracking. It’s a formal event and it’s nice to be with everyone na hindi in the work setting.”

The relative showbiz newbie has already made guest appearances in I Love Betty La Fea and May Bukas Pa. Maricar has also earned praises for her performances in Precious Hearts Romances Presents Bud Brothers and her first lead role in Your Song Presents Gaano Kita Kamahal. “Thank you so much. Salamat talaga. Wala akong ibang masasabi kung hindi super salamat talaga na ganun yung ‘pag trato nila sa akin kasi it’s overwhelming.”

Could Noynoy Aquino Win the 2010 Presidential Elections?

Kiko Pangilinan is willing to give up VP bid for Mar Roxas

For the latest Philippine news stories and videos, visit GMANews.TV

This is getting more exciting than I originally thought.  It was like last year’s presidential elections here in the U.S. where Hillary Clinton was expected to be the front runner until Barack Obama came into the picture.  In the end, the Democratic Party united and won the elections.

The gesture that Mar Roxas did to give way to Noynoy Aquino III is a great sign of unification.  Now, Kiko Pangilinan has hinted as well that he would be glad to give way to Mar Roxas should he decide to run for VP.   It seems that the Liberal Party is really working towards unity and if this is the case, I think they would go into the 2010 election and can expect pure victory.

In a statement, Kiko Pangilinan said:

Senator Roxas displayed supreme statesmanship with this move. We laud his recognition of the country’s need for reform over individual ambition. This display of sacrifice is what our countrymen yearn for.”

He said Roxas’ announcement would “help unite a reform-oriented front towards genuine political reform.”Source

Although I was rooting for Kiko Pangilinan for VP, I am also glad that he made this statement and is willing to unify the party. It also gives him enough time to prepare for a future run for the presidency. I guess I now have to switch gears and learn more about Mar Roxas. :)

Great Breaking News! Noynoy declares his candidacy for President in 2010~!

36445415-philippine-senator

I read from a very reliable source, Barrio Siete dot com
that Noynoy  has announced his candidacy for the much-awaited Philippine Presidential Elections in 2010!

The Liberal Party called for Noynoy Aquino III, the son of the late Sen. Benigno Aquino and former President Corazon Aquino to run for next year’s presidential elections. At the time that he was endorsed, he was very non-committal and stated that he would do his best.

A petition online has been filed for Filipinos to show their support to Noynoy Aquino. There is also another petition led by the NAPM to gather signatures similar to that of Joaquin “Chino” Roces who launched the campaign, “Cory for President” in 1985 which garnered 1.2 million signatures in just 41 days.
As you all know, I fully support Noynoy Aquino III should he run for President and Senator Kiko Pangilinan for Vice President.  I think that would be the DREAM TICKET should they decide to run together.

Let’s all wait and see!
