Butse Gang Celebrates a milestone for one of its members
Ang pinaka masarap na “killing me softly” na hindi ko natikman. Lechong Kawali!
Hokay?! It has been ages since we had a party. Di ba nga recession kaya toned-down ang mga gatherings ng “Butse Gang”. But this time, our Brian Gorrell persona reached a milestone and it was worth celebrating.
The Butse Gang has been around for quite some time now. I remember when I moved back to East Coast back in 1997, the group had already existed. There were some 15 or so people in the group. Mga vaklang verde and dugo! Haha! Imagine a house-full of these people, baka ‘di nyo ma-carry.
Years passed and I can’t even believe that it’s been 12 years since I met them. The group has grown to approximately 30 people but to the extent that some would drop off and others would join. It remains a solid group even though some of us have moved on to other things.
The parties are always the best. We get together and we forget about the “alitan” and we turn into Tupperware for several hours “para makipag-plastikan” for the sake of peace… Bwahahaha! It works. We give the celebrant the respect they deserve.
This year’s party wasn’t much different. Excellent food, great company and of course – - MGA INTRIGA! Here are the photos from the party. Maraming kuwento pero next time na lang. Mga sikretong di kapani-paniwala.
