And the transformation begins… Chuva on Halloween…

Well mga ka-chika… it’s that time of year again. This is the time when Chuva Chienes transforms herself into one fabulous and beautiful maiden. Hahaha! I wish!

The Butse Gang has a yearly tradition. We go to the Henri David Halloween Ball in Philadelphia every year. This year will be different only because we used to buy our own dresses and get up for the occasion. But, not this time.

This time, our dresses will be made by a friend (pictured above) who recently completed Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines in Manila. Parang Project Runway baga… hahaha!

I can’t wait until after this weekend when I can share with you, photos from the event. I must remind you that this ball is ALL OUT. Nothing is banned. One time, I saw a group of girls wearing nothing but paint on their bodies. I didn’t realize it until I got a closer look. And another time, a cute guy was wearing nothing but a placard sign saying – “Gone Fishing” and had nothing else on underneath. Yes, you are bound to be surprised when I post the pictures.

Most of all, I want you to see when Chuva transforms.  It will be a trio… and we will be wearing slightly different designs of the same dress.  So, do come back and check out the pics soon.
