Attending the European MTV Music Awards, Leona Lewis surprised many of us with her dress when she appeared for the event. Apparently she walked the red carpet with a simple harem pants (photo above)…

But wait till you see what she changed into!! It’s the most amazing gown I have ever seen and it looked really great on her.
