The Britain’s Got Talent star and the Poker Face singer have been nominated for Favorite Breakthrough Music Artist at one of America’s biggest award shows.
For the first time, fans voted to determine this year’s nominees, which may go some way towards explaining how Susan – who is taking he US by storm and has just performed on Dancing With The Stars – ended up being pitted against Adam Lambert, Demi Lovato, Kris Allen and the infamous Lady Gaga.
