Levi Johnston snubs Sarah Palin’s hint of an invite on Thanksgiving

In other words, Levi Johnston said – “What a crock!” That’s not exactly what he said but the new Playgirl star (who has managed to increase Playgirl’s online subscription significantly) said that what Sarah Palin told Oprah Winfrey during her taped interview which aired last Monday was not sincere.
Here’s a section of what Sarah Palin said when asked by Oprah if Levi is coming (will be invited) to Thanksgiving dinner at the Palin household:
“Levi is a part of the family,” Palin said. “This can all work out for good … we don’t have to keep going down this road of controversy and drama.”
According to Daniel Nardicio, Playgirl’s Director of Marketing as told to US magazine - “He (Levi) said “you could tell by her laugh she was full of it,” and that the words she uttered was “a nice gesture but she didn’t mean it.”
The interview with Oprah was taped. Although it has been a dramatic several months for both Sarah and Levi (Sarah Palin calling Levi Johnston “desperate” for posing nude for Playgirl, and Levi saying that Sarah’s fame “got to her head”) the tone of ex-Alaskan governor during the interview was subdued to say the least. She even sounded sincere when she said it. However, our hunky Playgirl dude isn’t buying it.
Levi did soften up in the end (if you could call it that) when he said to Entertainment Tonight:
“Either she’s telling a little spoof here or she’s going to ask me in the next couple of days. I couldn’t care less to go with Sarah Palin, but I want to be with my kid. It would probably be a little weird. It would be uncomfortable, but would probably do it for my kid.”
One thing I would have to say though… Is Levi Johnston taking speech lessons? During his interview on ET – he sounded more manly, looked much cleaner and boy – he definitely looks sexier. And he didn’t respond in a “trashy” kind of response like he normally does. His voice was deeper too. Hmmm – - are these all part of celebrity training? I think so.
