Efren Penaflorida takes home CNN Hero of the Year 2009

Chuva Chienes would like to thank the many people who participated and voted for our own Push Cart Hero – Mr. Efren Penaflorida during the campaign. Chuva is proud to have learned that Mr. Penaflorida has bagged the CNN Hero of the Year for 2009 and winning an extra $100,000 dollars to help him even more in expanding his efforts in educating the less fortunate children in the Philipppines.
