‘New Moon’ wolfs down $140.7M in opening weekend
“New Moon” set an all-time domestic high for opening day with $72.7 million, topping the previous record of $67.2 million by last year’s “The Dark Knight.”
Whoah! It’s not surprising after all. The countless teaser trailers released before the movie was released were enough to make our Twilight fans crave for blood. Twilight’s new moon is supposedly packed with good stuff with the addition of Dakota Fanning as well. The one thing I can’t wait to see is the extra 30 pounds of muscle that Taylor Lautner added to his physique which is quite evident in the photos released while he was filming the film. Imagine the steel abs. Whoah! But apparently, it’s not only his muscles that is capable of bulking up. JustJared had released photos of the hunky Taylor Lautner bulging up after the gym…. if you know what I mean! Do you see what I see?
