Ipinaliwanag ni Ai-Ai delas Alas sa interview sa kanya ng Wow! Ang Showbiz kahapon, November 3, kung bakit naurong ang playdate ng latest movie niya mula sa Star Cinema—Ang Tanging Pamilya. Kris Aquino said that she is proud that brother Noynoy Aquino’s new campaign commercial—a music video—was able to bring together celebrities from rival networks. All the celebs in question also agreed to do the video free of charge. “I’m so proud of the fact that Noy’s video has the best of both networks. They dedicated their services to Noy because they believed in him,” she said during the November 3 press conference of her latest endorsement. Kris revealed that there will be a second version of the music video which will feature more stars who support Noynoy’s political campaign.

Matt Evans has been Melissa Rick’s onscreen partner ever since he finished his stint as a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition years ago. The two have become good friends and have worked together on several TV shows and a couple of movies. Since he is almost with Melissa 24/7, Matt was asked about the rumors that Jake Cuenca used to visit Melissa on the set of Kambal Sa Uma, something Matt was quick to deny. “Hindi ko pa nabubuking. An Atlanta stripper alleges that she had sexual encounter with the hunky Josh Duhamel at a “hotel a week after he came into the Tattletale club, where she works as a dancer. Forrester said she has text messages and a polygraph test to back her up”.The rep for the couple (Josh Duhamel and Fergie) denies the allegation through their rep and stated that,
“This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity,this story is absolutely ridiculous.”
The stripper, Nicole Forrester sold her story to the Enquirer for more than $20,000 claims that she regrets coming out beacuse of her kids. They apparently didn’t know what she did for a living.

Starring Jim Carrey, the trailer is super amazing and I’m sure the kids today would be able to relate. Of course, nothing will replace the original but this is more in line with today’s technology.

Huwaaaaaaaaaat? Nicolas Cage is BROKE?
The “National Treasure” star, Nicolas Cage is selling all his properties all over the globe. He is having a liquidation sale according to reports because his manager didn’t protect his investments.
“Instead of protecting and preserving Cage’s wealth during one of the greatest economic periods in the country’s history, Levin placed Cage in numerous highly speculative and risky real estate investments, resulting in Cage suffering catastrophic losses,”

Cage alleges that his manager was reckless with his money, including doing such things as not paying taxes, which is the reason Cage now owes more than $6 million in unpaid taxes and is now trying to sell off many of his real estate holdings, including his castle in England and a home in Hollywood.

Ruffa Gutierrez says she’s genuinely happy for Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villaroel
Inabutan namin si Ruffa Gutierrez during dinner break sa set ng Shake, Rattle & Roll XI na official entry ng Regal Films para 2009 Metro Manila Film Festival. Excited si Ruffa about this project dahil pagkatapos ng maraming taon ay magtatambal silang muli ng ex-boyfriend niya na si Zoren Legaspi sa “Ukay-Ukay” episode ng SRRXI. “Actually, last year ko pa ito hinihingi kay Mother (Lily Monteverde). Kasi masyado akong nagandahan sa trailer ng ‘Silent Night’ last year. Sabi ko, ‘Mother, next year isali mo naman ako sa Shake.’ Hindi nila alam na I would be interested to do horror movies. So, early this year nag-usap kami ni Roselle (Monteverde, daughter of Mother Lily). Nu’ng sinabi niya na, ‘O, interesado ka pa ba na gawin ’yung Shake?’ ‘Yeah, why not? Oo, basta maganda ‘yung istorya.’ So, nu’ng inoffer sa akin ito, tuwang-tuwa ako. Kasi this is my second Shake, Rattle and Roll. The first time I did Shake siguro mga 90s ‘yun. ABS-CBN’s first animated series, ‘Super Inggo at ang Super Tropa,’ premieres in November
Super Inggo was a phenomenal success when it premiered in 2006 that ABS-CBN has decided to bring it back as an animated series, Super Inggo at Super Tropa: The Animated Series. The show is a collaborative project between ABS-CBN TV Production and ABS-CBN Animation Department, the latter led by Guia Jose. Guia was part of the creative team of Optifex International, which worked on animation projects like as The Flinstones, The Jetsons, and Yogi’s Treasure Hunt among others. She trained at the Hanna-Barbera Studios in Burbank in 1987 and at Tokyo Movie Shinsha in Tokyo in 1985 and 1986. The animation team of 100—animators, writers, and staff— work on an episode for about 18 weeks.
Katlin is up for a fiesta
House A heartily welcomes their new housemate, Kätlin; and in line with the said celebration, Big Brother gives them sumptuous Filipino dishes to munch on. After dinner, they all proceeded to the pool area for a rather cozy luau party, which the envious housemates from House B couldn’t help but over hear.Since alcoholic drinks freely flowed all through out their bash, Rob and Marielle ended up getting extremely drunk; and with the two intoxicated housemates getting pretty uncontrollable, some House A housemates couldn’t help but feel a little irritated up until they have all gone to bed to call it a night.

This is sooo crazy! I only heard about stricter rules for the NFL regarding the safety of the NFL players due to increase in Alzheimer’s disease or Dementia for football players due to concussions they suffer through any game. But there has been no rule about Eye Gouging.
Watch the video closely and you will see Brandon Spikes clearly sticking his fingers through the helmet of an opponent..

INGDirect Website Account Login Page is Down – Inacessible

I don’t know what’s going on but I hope that this downtime is temporary. I have never experienced this with INGDirect.com’s website but for the past two hours, the Website’s Account Login is inaccessible.
I have placed a call through their customer service center and was told that the website is indeed having difficulties and that the web server may be down. I have had intermittent access issues today from a webpage error to the notice you see above.
I hope they fix it soon because this is probably causing thousands of people a huge amount of inconvenience not being able to access their accounts.

Alright peeps… I don’t want to see any stampede. JustJared.com just reported that a close source to the couple (Adam Lambert and boyfriend Drake Labry) are calling it quits. Done. Cooked.
Since I know that many of you are simply enamored by our American Idol star, let’s allow some time for him to re-focus before any of you send your love notes over.
You must admit though – these are young guys. Adam Lambert is in the limelight. Just imagine how difficult it is to sustain a relationship with anyone when you’re on the road 90 per cent of the time? Not easy.

While waiting for the upload of ABS-CBN’s Christmas Station ID, I thought I’d share with you a video shared on her blog by one of the dear friends and writer of Barrio Siete dot com, and to tell you the truth – I was impressed by the video. Magaling din ang gumawa ng video, parang yung ABS-CBN’s version of Lupang Hinirang na talagang tagos sa buto ang patriotism. I loved every bit of it.
We are hoping for change – - real change. Kaya huwag nating sayangin ang boto natin. I heard that voter registration was extended until Tuesday daw… huwag makalimot. Please register and vote.
ABS-CBN Christmas Station ID 2009 Photos
It is sad yet joyful at the same time no? Kapag nakakakita kami ng anything Christmas during this time of year about the Philippines, nakakalungkot na nakakamiss. Iba kasi talaga ang Christmas sa atin sa Pilipinas. When Chuva came to the United States, hindi niya malaman kung anong gagawin niya ng Christmas time. Walang carolers sa labas na may mga tambourine made out of soda caps, or tambol na made out of empty Nido cans with stretched plastic on top only to be secured by rubber bands around it. Nakakapanibago talaga. Ang tahimik ng Christmas namin dito.
Kaya naman kapag nakikita namin ang mga commercials ng mga stations during this time, nalulungkot kami. Kasi nakaka homesick pa rin even after so many years.
