Kapamilya stars admire Angel Locsin’s nonstop charity work
With the help of Anne Curtis, Kris Aquino, and Dimples Romana, Angel Locsin was able to get support from fellow celebrities to raise funds for the typhoon victims via an online auction known as Shop and Share. Kim Chiu even recounted to ABS-CBN.com the first time she learned about this project. “May nagtext sa akin na unknown number. Akala ko kung sino. Tapos sabi niya si Anne daw siya. So tinawagan ko, sabi ko, ‘Hello, ikaw ba talaga si Anne?’ Oo daw, tapos inexplain niya na magpapa-auction nga daw sila sa internet tapos yung proceeds mapupunta sa Red Cross. So sabi ko, ‘O sige game ako,” she began.
Anne Curtis says she rarely has time for a social life
Anne Curtis is happy that her new show, Showtime, is already earning high ratings even if it was just launched a week ago. The show is receiving a lot of good feedback and advertisers are lining up to support the show. “Super saya ako ngayon, yes, thank you talaga. Super happy kami sa results ng ratings and everything about the show. Lahat kami super happy talaga.” She believes that her team-up with co-hosts Vhong Navarro and Vice Ganda works since the two are natural comedians and she did not have a hard time adjusting to them. “Si Vhong naman kasi nakaka-work ko ‘yan sa ASAP, iba lang kasi hindi siya variety show. And si Vice Ganda, this is not the first time we worked together. Sabi nga niya lahat ng regular show niya sa ABS-CBN ako ang nakakasama niya like ‘yung Dyosa.”

As fate would have it, all her luggage was accidentally left behind in Bangkok, which meant that she would start her first day with literally just the clothes on her back!
