You know why I love The View? Joy Behar
I’ve watched Joy Behar and she is freaking hilarious. Everytime she makes a comment, I fall out of my seat laughing. From “The View” to her own “The Joy Behar Show” – - she is funny as a show host can get. Very entertaining.
Well, the recent events about Tiger Woods’ mistresses have focused on Joy Behar because of a joke she made on “The View. They were talking about Rachel Uchitel (alleged Mistress #1) when Joy said jokingly, “Yeah, you-ka-tell she’s a hooker.” playing a pun on Rachel’s last name.
The main kicker on the statement was the word “hooker”. Rachel was apparently not pleased and “powerful Gloria Allred” said that the statement was false, defamatory and highly offensive.
The rep for The View has contacted TMZ.com and issued a statement of apology:
“Joy Behar made a play on Ms. Uchitel’s name. This was intended as a joke. We sincerely apologize for the choice of words and for any misimpression the joke may have created.”- Source
