Rihanna to grace the cover of GQ for Jan 2010
Rihanna made headlines after a photo of her was leaked to media tabloids when she took a beating from Chris Brown. She came out of it, knew that she didn’t deserve a guy like Chris Brown and moved on.
Now, she will be on the cover of GQ for January 2010. Looking great and feeling confident, Rihanna has definitely learned self-respect. She was lucky to have gotten away from the fangs of violence.
She says during her interview:
Now that you’re talking about everything, is it hard, or is it liberating?
Very liberating. It’s relieving. Because it was built up for so long, and all these thoughts and emotions have been running through my mind for the past eight months. And now it’s like I finally get to let go and move on.
Is it therapeutic to talk about it?
Um, I don’t like talking about it a lot. But every time I do, it’s better; it’s easier each time.
