Gillette limits Tiger Woods ads, Tag Heuer pulls all ads with Tiger in Australia
And the fallout continues. Whether we like it or not – - whether Tiger Woods is trying to clean up his act, some advertisers are not willing to risk their brands should their top athletes fall from grace. Why? Because patrons of these products will stop buying if they know that the advertisers continue to support someone who has done something that they deem to be morally wrong.
I know, no one should really pass judgment but that’s just how the dominoes fall. Some people stick to products because they believe in the endorser…and some people do not.
It was reported earlier that Tag Heuer, the Swiss watchmaker has pulled all advertisements with Woods from all retail locations in Australia, while Gillette will “limit” their ads from their razor campaigns.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 Announced With Teaser Trailer
LucasArts unveiled their mystery Star Wars game tonight at the 2009 Spike VGAs. As you may have guessed, it’s a sequel to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
A brief trailer showed TFU protagonist Starkiller fighting a big beastie. It wasn’t actual gameplay footage, unfortunately, but it still looked pretty sweet. No release date on it, either. It’s not even completely clear what platforms it’ll be on.
Spike will be reposting the trailers online once the award ceremony’s over. We’ll have it up when that happens.

Tiger Woods taking indefinite leave from golf, apologizes.
We probably understand why. Tiger Woods have been quiet throughout the whole ordeal with his “alleged infidelity” with scores of women coming out and stating that they’ve had a relationship with the embattled golfer.
He issued a statement on his website stating that he is taking an indefinite leave from golf. Understandably so. It is a very difficult time for Woods and it would be best that he stay out of the media frenzy and focus on how he could save his family and his marriage.
“I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children,”…
“I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I’ve done, but I want to do my best to try.”

It is unfortunate that many hurtful words have come out and have judged him since the news broke out. I do hope that people will give him the chance to focus on his family and resolve his issues behind closed doors.
Oh No! Tiger Woods has nude photos?!
Just when we think it’s not going to get better, this news just keeps on going and going and going! We feel like the battery bunny going nuts over the new details that pop out every day. Another Tiger Woods controversy…about naked photos and videos. Although it is not an admittance by any means from Tiger’s lawyers, they did order a block of any kind of photos or videos of Tiger should it surface.
According to TMZ.com (gosh – TMZ gets all the juicy stuff!)
The court order also covers any possible videos. It blocks the publication of “any photographs, footage or images taken or obtained of the claimant [Tiger] naked or any naked parts of the claimant’s [Tiger's] body or of him involved in any sexual activity.”
The lawyer’s letter says, “Our client is not aware of any images and in any event he would not have consented to any such photographs being taken nor would he have consented to the dissemination or exploitation of the same.”

So, any videos or photos of Tiger Woods in any manner whether or not involved in sexual activity is banned from being published online. I heard that a sex tape video of Tiger Woods could fetch between the amounts of $5M – $10M U.S. dollars. But how would one recoup the payment they made if they can’t publish it…???

You know why I love The View? Joy Behar
I’ve watched Joy Behar and she is freaking hilarious. Everytime she makes a comment, I fall out of my seat laughing. From “The View” to her own “The Joy Behar Show” – - she is funny as a show host can get. Very entertaining.
Well, the recent events about Tiger Woods’ mistresses have focused on Joy Behar because of a joke she made on “The View. They were talking about Rachel Uchitel (alleged Mistress #1) when Joy said jokingly, “Yeah, you-ka-tell she’s a hooker.” playing a pun on Rachel’s last name.
The main kicker on the statement was the word “hooker”. Rachel was apparently not pleased and “powerful Gloria Allred” said that the statement was false, defamatory and highly offensive.
The rep for The View has contacted TMZ.com and issued a statement of apology:
“Joy Behar made a play on Ms. Uchitel’s name. This was intended as a joke. We sincerely apologize for the choice of words and for any misimpression the joke may have created.”- Source

With all the buzz going around about the new MTV’s reality show, Jersey Shore - – new advertisers should be scrambling to get a spot on this hot new show. We all heard that after Italian-American groups protested about the show as being “offensive” to Italian-Americans, advertisers such as Domino’s Pizza and American Insurance have pulled out of the show.
But, there are new advertisers that jumped in such as website BeenVerified.com.
A rep for the new sponsor tells TMZ, “We may not be hair gel product, but we feel the program’s content reinforces our brand’s message perfectly.”
The new ads will air in tonight’s episode, which seems fitting for the background check
company — according to the show promo, one of the girls gets punched in the face by some dude at a bar.
But more news have surfaced about the reality show’s stars – such as Pauly D who is willing to pose for Playgirl – full frontal. Yikes! He says, unlike Levi Johnston who pulled out of the frontal shot on Playgirl at the last minute - “I’m not shy.” He is willing to take it ALL off for Playgirl. I’m sure – for the right price. Levi Johnston reportedly got paid big bucks for stripping on Playgirl.

I saw this trailer today and I think it’s going to be my Christmas Day movie. Starring Merryl Streep (one of my favorite actresses) and Alec Baldwin (one of my crushes when he was younger)… has teamed up on a movie entitled, “It’s Complicated“.
The trailer is inviting and yes, it’s fun. I can’t believe that they’ve written in the expression “OMG” in movies now… haha! The movie comes out December 25.

We’ve heard that Tiger Woods have already come clean to his wife, Elin Nordegren - spilling all that is possible to come out now and in the near (and dragging) future. But that hasn’t stopped the alleged women from coming out. We are now into mistress number 15!!
Loredana Jolie (something with that last name gets me when it comes to mistresses!), the alleged 15th mistress of Tiger who has appeared on Playboy. She is from Sicily and claims to have had an affair with Tiger between 2006 and 2007. Jolie is also listed as Cyber Girls of the week during September 2002 on Wikipedia.

Diane Sawyer, a fixture in Good Morning America bids a teary farewell. Dubbed as the “queen of morning television” as her co-host Robin Roberts stated, Diane Sawyer has graced our televisions in the morning. It is estimated that she has circled the globe 14 times since being a host at GMA.
Diane Sawyer will be moving to ABC to replace Charles Gibson as anchor of ABC’s World News (I download that podcast daily) when he retires on December 18th. Diane Sawyer takes over on the 21st.
Who’s replacing Diane Sawyer? Ha! Here’s the kicker. For years it has been hunky Matt Lauer who is the hottest on morning television. This time, a competition steps in. George Stephanophoulos (former political adviser to President Bill Clinton during his first term) will be replacing Diane and I heard – - he is working out! So watch out folks. Morning television will never be the same.

Tiger Woods confessed everything – - all is well in the household. According to People Magazine, Elin Nordegren has already decided to stay with Tiger. I think, if the rumor is true – that’s the best Tiger could have done. Admit everything to his wife before another 20 women come out and she should be able to understand. Hmmm..
Anyway, here’s what the source told People Magazine:
“Tiger has told Elin everything,” a source close the model-turned-billionaire’s-wife told People. “Nothing that’s coming out now is a surprise. She knows what he has done, and they’ve had some long talks about it. They are getting everything out in the open.”

A Just and Lasting Peace
Your Majesties, Your Royal Highnesses, Distinguished Members of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, citizens of America, and citizens of the world:
I receive this honor with deep gratitude and great humility. It is an award that speaks to our highest aspirations – that for all the cruelty and hardship of our world, we are not mere prisoners of fate. Our actions matter, and can bend history in the direction of justice.
And yet I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the considerable controversy that your generous decision has generated. In part, this is because I am at the beginning, and not the end, of my labors on the world stage. Italians have a long-standing reputation. You think Godfather. You think mafia. And that is fine because the movie is a classic. It may be in a kind of negative light… but the new reality show that premiered last week about a group of guys and girls living together at the Jersey shore (a famous summer getaway on the East Coast) who call themselves guidos and guidettes. The MTV show is entitled – - – figures! “Jersey Shore”
Nevermind the hot tanned bodies – - one of them even owns a tanning bed to make sure that he exemplifies the term ‘guido’. The guy is Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. He has got the most toned abs I have ever seen – and that’s what he calls his abs… “The Situation”. Ha!
Well, Italian-American groups (UNICO) are appalled at the portrayal being done by this group of so-called “guidos and guidettes”. They have raise the flag and even caused Domino’s Pizza to pull their ad from the show. Domino’s Pizza said in a statement to CBS News, “We just have chosen not to be on that particular show,” adding, “the content of the show wasn’t right for Domino’s.”
And with all the controversies it’s getting – the show is becoming a household name.
Tiger Woods Scandal sells almost record copies of US Weekly and People Magazine
Kaching!!! Popeater reports that Us Weekly and People Magazine sold a lot of copies of their issues due to the Tiger Woods Affair Scandals. Apparently, from what I’ve read – Kate Gosslin holds the current record at the moment but if more women come forward, this could break the Kate Gosslin record.
I would say that it is the same for celebrity bloggers. Traffic has been consistent regarding news about Tiger. Google Trends hasn’t let up as well as anything “Tiger” were always in the TOP 5 of the most search words on Google.
If magazines are making a lot of money on this fiasco, I think that it won’t stop anytime soon – - or at least until the interest dries up. Here’s what Popeater.com has to say:

I haven’t seen the last two films of the Harry Potter series. I totally lost interest. It has been dragged on for so long with very little happening within the story lines.
But hey, someone’s got an idea to keep it interesting. Daniel Radcliffe has a fan base you probably underestimated. Remember Equus? Hmmm.

Whether you’re from New Jersey or not, you know the BOSS. The BOSS is Bruce Springstein, who among many other artists have a lot to say about important matters in the world. Why why why?! Midnight is too late for Carrie Prejean – “conflict as a Christian”
Why am I affected every time she speaks? Carrie Prejean gets under my skin – - every time! Now, she is pulling out on an appearance at a night club with a 15K offer for her appearance at MoodSwing360 in Connecticut because a midnight appearance would be in conflict with her “reputation” as a Christian. What reputation? The reputation she has conveyed so far are totally IN CONFLICT with Christianity. And now she cannot stay up past midnight because it is un-Christian?
Can someone please hand her a reality pill for crying out loud. Just when I thought I was hearing the last of her (sex tape scandal), here they go again. And the mom Francine is on board with her. Maybe she was really “raised” that way as she stated during the pageant.

Tiger Woods loses endorsement Gatorade’s Tiger Focus discontinued
Bloomberg news reported yesterday that marketers have pulled out commercial featuring Tiger Woods from TV Networks and cable channels.
Then, he lost his first endorsement. PepsiCo’s (PEP) Gatorade division will be discontinuing their Tiger Focus product. A product first named after an athlete. Pepsi denies that the discontinuation of the product has something to do with the recent scandal surrounding the embattled golfer’s infidelity.
“We decided several months ago to discontinue Gatorade Tiger Focus along with some other products to make room for our planned series of innovative products in 2010,” Gatorade told CNBC in a statement.
