‘Lost Boys’ star Corey Haim dies at 38 – A sad day
I just read on CNN today that Corey Haim has died this morning. I know that he is 38-years old but I still look at him as a young kid from what I remember of him from the movie, “Lost Boys”.
At the time of the report, it was still unknown what the cause of death was but mentioned that he was suffering “flulike” symptoms and was under the care of his doctor. It was also reported that his mother was providing him over-the-counter medicines becase he has not been feeling too well.
Here’s a statement from Core Haim’s agent:
Haim was not feeling well Tuesday night and was running a low-grade fever, he said. The actor went into his mother’s bedroom and asked her to lie down by him, Heaslip said. He told his mother he was having trouble breathing, and his mother told him to roll on his side, he said. He began to feel better, but at midnight he woke his mother by walking around the bedroom and then collapsed.
