Kasunod ng paglabas ng mga pahayag ni Claudine Barretto laban kay Angelica Panganiban ay nagpadala ng pangalawang text message, ngayong tanghali, August 27, si Johnny Manahan, ang unang head ng Star Magic at mas kilala bilang Mr. M.
Matatandaang ang unang text message ni Mr. M tungkol sa Claudine-Angelica issue ay inilabas sa PEP noong Agosto 25. Ito ang nilalaman no’n: “Go Ahead! Sue, Claudine. Make our Day. Para bellum.”
Ang pangalawang text message ay bilang pagtatanggol pa rin kay Angelica, isa sa prime artists ng Star Magic, ang talent arm ng ABS-CBN, kaugnay ng mga paratang sa young actress. Hindi pinangalanan ni Mr. M ang nagkakalat ng masasamang kuwento tungkol kay Angelica. Lamang, si Claudine na rin ang nagpahayag sa media ng galit niya kay Angelica.
Sa mga naunang panayam kasi ay pinagbibintangan ni Claudine si Angelica na siyang nagkakalat diumano ng balitang may ka-affair siyang ibang lalake. Ayon pa rin sa aktres, may sinasabi ring masama umano si Angelica tungkol sa nakatatandang kapatid niyang si Gretchen Barretto.
Bilang pagtatanggol kay Angelica, sinabi ni Mr. M na ang 23-taong-gulang aktress na si Angelica ay “feisty, irreverent, sometimes crude,” pero hindi raw ito naging sinungaling.
Ang sinumang nasa likod daw ng mga kumakalat na kasinungalingan tungkol kay Angelica “must be a very disturbed individual.”
Sa huli, umaasa si Mr. M na matigil na ang “nonsense” na ito bago pa raw tuluyang masira ang “perpetrator.”

i think Claudine is making it all up. Angelica does not need the attention since her career is soaring high. And well claudine, sad to say, did a “remake” movie of Dubai. remember ‘Dubai” the movie which she did back at abs cbn with JLC and Aga? well, the movie she just did with anne curtis and richard guttierez has the same concept. similar story line and everything. Let’s face it, Claudine has the “manang” look now. a mother role fits her perfectly. She probably has not grasp the fact that she is not the “it” star anymore. Now she’s making all this noise, why you say? simply to get attention!
