I will be away this weekend and if I wasn’t, where will you find me? At the Redbull Flugtag in Philadelphia. I haven’t seen one in person and this would have been the best time to see one.

Red Bull Flugtag is a challenge for home-made aircraft. The pilots are trying to get airborne on a platform 30 feet. If all goes according to plan, the car flies into the air. If something goes wrong, the pilot gets his car in the water below the platform.
All types of aircraft will be shown, from flying in a Winnebago with wings. There was no Red Bull Flugtag in the U.S. last year, so 2010 Flugtag eagerly awaited thousands of curious visitors. This is the first time that Red Bull Flugtag is coming to Philadelphia.
