Youtube Video Scandal – Pokwang Nagalit at Nagmura?
Someone forwarded this video to me on Facebook. It says that Pilipinas Win na Win co-host, Pokwang has gone ballistic on a photo shoot.
The title “Pokwang, Nagmura?”. When I watched the clip, I didn’t see her cursing. She was obviously upset by something but the cause was unknown. She didn’t like something about the photo shoot and started throwing the plastic chairs around her.
The video was cut short when Pokwang noticed that someone was video-taping her.

Whoah whoah whoah! Now that the football season is on the upswing and everyone’s excited about watching football and baseball games, we get dramas like these.
Minnesota Vikings QB Brett Favre was recently asked about naked pictures he allegedly sent to 26-year-old Jenn Sterger. He didn’t respond with a denial or acceptance of the allegations and quickly responded with “No. I’m not getting into that. I got my hands full with the Jets”.
Willie Revillame continues to say that Willing Willie will air on October 23rd
Willie Revillame continues to be optimistic that his new show Willing Willie will air on TV 5 on the re-scheduled date of October 23rd. The court will decide on October 15th whether the TRO requested by ABS-CBN will be upheld or not.
Willie seems to be very glad about the support he has received from his many fans both locally and globally. Willing Willie will air locally for now until such time TV 5 can go global.

These were the first words of TV host and comedian Willie Revillame at the end of the hearing for the temporary restraining order (TRO) and writ of preliminary injunction held at Branch 84 of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court this morning, October 8.
ABS-CBN filed the petition for the TRO on October 4 to stop Revillame, a former ABS-CBN talent, from hosting his new TV5 show Willing Willie, which will premiere on October 23. In its 38-page petition, the Kapamilya network argued that Revillame is still under contract with ABS-CBN until September 2011, therefore, he can’t appear in any other network.

Did you hear about the Karen Owen’s Power Point presentation that has become viral all over the net? Well, the presentation was her mock thesis rating the men she slept with while at Duke University and was only meant to be for a finite number of people to see (three friends). It is considered her f*** list, where she included the names and photos of the men she rated. It included mainly varsity athletes and it recounts very detailed intimate moments and “size measurements” (if you know what I mean) that you wouldn’t want to go public with.
Well, an angry mob of emails was sent to Dead Spin after it published the FULL KAREN OWEN POWER POINT PRESENTATION without removing the names of the people involved.
The author herself even wrote an email to them requesting that the real names be taken down or else.
“As the ashamed author of this slide show, I am horrified at your choice to include all the names that you did. While I cannot stop you from publishing it, this item was never meant to be seen outside of a very small circle of people. Obviously, it has gone viral. However, your inclusion of the real names are causing this awful situation to escalate even further and is actually starting to affect peoples’ lives in ways that go far beyond mere embarrassment. Remove the names immediately, or I will be adding your blog post to the list of things I discuss with my attorney when we meet. If you would like to talk further, please include your numbers in your response and I will contact you as soon as I can. Again, including real names is simply cruel of you and you will black them out immediately”

James Franco, the 32-year old actor has been suspected of many but not a tranny. Haha! I admire James’ guts and willingness to pose for photographer Terry Richardson and become the cover of the 2010-2011 issue of Candy ‘The First Transsexual Style Magazine‘.
I’ve never been with a Transsexual before but if it is James Franco, I may just give it a try. LOL!

Can Willie Revillame refuse to show his TV5 Contract even if summoned by the court?
Any lawyers out there? Can a document be considered “privileged document” if one is being asked to present proof that one is in violation of a contract? I am unsure about that and maybe someone can clarify the matter.
My understanding is that if I enter a contract with someone and within the contract I cannot sign another contract with another person or persons, then my signing with someone else is a violation of my current contract. And if so, the document will serve as proof that I did violate my contract if indeed it can be proven that I signed another contract while my current contract is valid.
Do I, as the “aggrieved party” have the right to request the courts to request proof of that violation?

This evidence could present itself as an exhibit to those who believe that there is a “conspiracy theory” regarding the building’s collapse.

Facebook I Like It Statuses from Women at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time
You may have seen several of your female friends posting “I like it in the kitchen or I like it on the floor” as their status on Facebook. No, get your mind out of the gutter mister! It’s not “sexual”. The “Facebook I Like It Statuses” that appears on your friends’ walls today is a campaign for “breast cancer awareness”. As you all know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. You must have seen pink ribbons all over the net on blogs and website as well.
The idea is for women to remind their friends to get tested for breast cancer when they talk and ask “why the status?” or “what does it mean?”
It is unknown who started the meme but expect to see more of these statuses on your friends’ walls today. It is supposed to make its rounds at 1:00 p.m. today, Eastern Time.

ABS-CBN once again got viewers across the country hooked on primetime for the pilot episode of its newest series Imortal. The action-fantaserye featuring the first-time pairing of John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin earned 34.4% based on the national TV ratings for October 4, 2010 released by Kantar/TNS Media Research. Imortal is just among the other ABS-CBN Primetime shows that showed strength on the national TV ratings.

He’s gone naked for us. He’s made us believe in magic and fairy tail on Harry Potter. But he is much sexier than that. Daniel Radcliffe speaks on homophobia and teen suicides after the much publicized death of Tyler Clementi, a gay student at Rutgers University who jumped off the George Washington Bridge after his roommate and another peer streamed his sexual encounter with another guy over the web.
We need supporters like Daniel Radcliffe. He stated that he grew up around gay men and had no idea about the discrimination against the community until he got much older.

There has been a long history of back and forth dirt-throwing between blogs over the years. I have been a part (only as a witness) to the blog fights that have rocked the blogosphere in the past three years that I have been blogging.
A certain Pinoy fashion blogger is again under attack with allegations of fraud and blackmail. I was a totally shocked when I read the post and my oh my, the allegations are serious.

I have never seen Bruce Willis making light jokes but his appearance on Late Show with David Letterman last night was a hoot, wearing a piece of red meat on his head. Better yet, it’s “top-shelf organic” inspired by Lady Gaga‘s meat dress.

If anybody is still unclear about the status of Willie Revillame’s contract with ABS-CBN, this recent move by the giant network just proves that the contract is VALID and they will do everything in their power to make Willie Revillame respect and NOT IGNORE the contract he signed.
ABS-CBN filed a petition with the Quezon City Regional Trial Court yesterday, October 4, to issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) and writ of preliminary injunction against TV host Willie Revillame, who will launch his new show Willing Willie on TV5 on October 23.
ABS-CBN filed the 38-page petition to stop Willie from appearing on the TV5 show while his contract with ABS-CBN has not yet ended. Willie, who is the former host of the hit ABS-CBN noontime show Wowowee, is still under contract with the Kapamilya network until September 2011.

There seems to be a big confusion whether Willie Revillame still has a valid contract with ABS-CBN or not. A lot of readers and their comments have proven that no one is really clear about the issue at hand.
There are three facts that I know, namely:
1) Willie Revillame requested that ABS-CBN rescind his contract after he declined to host the new show offered to him by ABS-CBN.
2) Willie Revillame filed a lawsuit against ABS-CBN for P11.5 M pesos.
3) ABS-CBN filed a counter claim in the whopping amount of P486M pesos against Willie Revillame.
4) ABS-CBN requested a copy of the contract the Willie Revillame signed with TV5.
6) The contract between ABS-CBN and Willie Revillame is valid until September of 2011.

Just like what Ellen Degeneres said, we are facing a “crisis” and a lot of celebs followed after she posted a video on her website.
The most recent one was Joe Jonas and and Sarah Silverman. I’m so glad so many of the “visible” people are speaking out about this horrendous act of bullying. It is most special when teen idols are the one speaking out because they are more likely to get the attention of teens and kids who are bullies.

Revised Ryder Cup Television Schedule
Because of the weather delays in Newport, Wales, NBC has issued an updated coverage schedule for this weekend’s Ryder Cup, including the elimination of the same-day tape coverage Saturday.
ESPN will show Saturday action from 3 a.m. EDT until 8 a.m., at which point NBC will pick up live play until its conclusion, expected to be around 1:30 p.m. After that, NBC will show taped coverage from earlier, with live cut-ins and updates, until it goes off the air at 6 p.m. EDT.
If the competition extends until Monday, NBC-owned USA Network will have all of the coverage.

3 a.m.-8 a.m.: ESPN (live)
8 a.m.-6 p.m.: NBC (live and same-day tape)

Celebs speak out against Cyberbullying most specially for Teens (VIDEOS)
I went to Rutgers. The news about student Tyler Clementi’s death has generated a international outcry against Cyberbullying. Within minutes after it was learned that Tyler jumped to his death from the George Washington Bridge, his name became known around the globe. He allegedly committed suicide as a result when a video of him and another guy having sex was streamed on the internet by his roommate. This news hit close to home. Literally.
I think that the roommate and his accomplice (if there was one) should be charged criminally. No one should go through this type of crime again. It violates privacy laws and must be stopped. There are already scheduled town hall meetings scheduled in NJ on October 6 and 7 in Clement’s memory. Tougher criminal penalties are now being drafter in New Jersey regarding Cyber harassment.
“The Social Network” may just be the number one movie this weekend.
I got to see The Social Network and I must say – - it is a great story. The acting of both the lead ( Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg ) and the supporting actor ( Andrew Garfield as Eduardo Saverin and the next Spiderman) are phenomenal. There may be Oscars on the horizon for these two guys.
Whether it’s the truth or not, the story is a great lesson for start-up companies who are trying to be the next Goliath in the tech world.
Going in business with a friend should really be banned. When the money starts pouring in, you get to find out who your real friends are.
If you haven’t seen the movie, I suggest you go see it.
