Rumor has it that Glee’s Mark Salling will be spending Christmas in the Philippines (Boracay to be exact) and just today, a photo was tweeted by the star cradling a puppy in his arms saying, “Here’s a better pic of me and my new buddy” and attaching a cute photo of him and the puppy.
The background from the photo resembles an interior of a cottage in Boracay and he is wearing a tank top so that confirms that he is currently in a beautiful tropical country (Philippines) enjoying the weather and his new buddy.

Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid Nuptials (Wedding Photos)
One of the anticipated weddings of the year is the Alcasid-Velasquez nuptials. The wedding was held in Batangas on Wednesday, December 22nd and photos of the wedding have been circulating on the web coming from Twitter and Facebook accounts of the guests.
The wedding was covered exclusively by GMA-7.
Regine was wearing a beautiful red Monique Lhuillier gown – a gift from Dra. Vicki Belo. She looked stunning and happy.

It’s done. The DADT that was signed into law by President Clinton back in 1993, a law that has been in effect for 17 years has been repealed. President Barack Obama signed the bill into law today, December 22, 2010. This gives way for gay men and women to serve openly in the US military. It’s a sweet victory.

Spider-Man Musical Actor Injured when cord snapped.
This multi-million dollar production of Broadway’s Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark has been mired with issues since it first previewed. The very first preview started a half an hour late I believe and the show was interrupted with technical glitches. Still, they said that when the actual show opens, all will be ironed out.
However, last night’s performance experienced another issue when one of the actors (Christopher Tierney) fell several feet off the ground while performing a stunt when the cord snapped. The actor was taken to a hospital. The production had announced after the incident that the opening will be delayed by four weeks as they make creative changes to the show.

Sorry folks but I couldn’t stay up late last night to capture the Lunar Eclipse. Although it would have been a once in a lifetime chance to see it, (It was the first total lunar eclipse to occur on the day of the Northern Winter Solstice (Southern Summer Solstice) since 1638) some people do work. LOL!

It’s too bad because I saw Tweets from Philadelphia last night and it was quite visible for us..oh well. Today is Winter Solstice. Lunar Eclipse to be visible in North America Tonight 12/20.
For 72 minutes of eerie totality, an amber light will play across the snows of North America, throwing landscapes into an unusual state of ruddy shadow.
The eclipse begins on Tuesday morning, Dec. 21st, at 1:33 am EST (Monday, Dec. 20th, at 10:33 pm PST). At that time, Earth’s shadow will appear as a dark-red bite at the edge of the lunar disk. It takes about an hour for the “bite” to expand and swallow the entire Moon. Totality commences at 02:41 am EST (11:41 pm PST) and lasts for 72 minutes.

It’ a victorious Saturday for gays in the military. A resounding Senate vote (65-31) to repeal DADT (Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell) happened today and it was a victory for all. The bill passed through the House earlier this week and both Senate Republicans and Democrats worked today for the historic vote.
Twitter is deluged with tweets from @LadyGaga, @ tlrdfeed, @Chuva gleaming about the repeal.
It is a major success for President Obama and our gays in the military. Gays can no longer be fired from the military because they are gay. Gays and straight courageous men and women can now serve openly in the US Military. Congratulations!! A leap forward for all of us!! This is definitely a move towards the right direction!
Glee’s Kurt/Blaine liplocking unlikely for now.. but who knows? It’s a great way to keep us all excited about “The Kiss”.
I agree with Chris Colfer when he said, “…I think if we rush it too much, every one would say how much we rushed it and how it wasn’t real.” regarding the much-questioned kissing scene on Glee between my husband Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer). Gleeks, let us not rush the kiss. There will be plenty of time for that and if the right time comes, it will be the most-anticipated show for us all.
Remember that first kiss between Rachel and Ross on Friends? Don’t give me that look. Of course you know Rachel and Ross right? Never mind.
Anyway, let’s just let it be for now. I am more excited to see Julie Andrews as Kurt’s grandmother and Anne Hathaway to play his lesbian aunt. If that happens, it will be a total blast!!! I love them both.

Indonesia takes the win (1-0) vs Philippines at AFF 2010 Suzuki Cup – but it’s not over yet. (VIDEO)
Although the Philippines didn’t take the win during it’s round against Indonesia, the Philippine coach is still hopeful that the next game can still take them to the finals.
Philippines coach Simon McMenemy acknowledged that Indonesia was better the team, but said the tie wasn’t over yet.
“We’ll stick to our game plan,” the Englishman said.
“We have to play fast and attacking football. I think we did pretty well tonight. I don’t think Indonesia broke us down many times. It was a mistake that cost us a goal, and the mistake came because the boys couldn’t hear each other.
“We can’t sit back and expect to hold out for 180 minutes. We have to try to win this game.

I guess it’s a great family tradition to have. I have a BFF (on and off BFF) who celebrates the same tradition and he just posted his pics on Facebook. Very nice I must say. One thing that my family never had is a photo of everyone together in one photo session. It’s harder to get a family of 10 siblings to be in one location let alone take a photo of the complete clan year after year.
Well, luckily – for the Kardashians, they are able to be together in one place at one time to get this tradition going. They all look fierce but I am not sure if this photo suits a Christmas Card theme or a “Dynasty” theme. You decide.
Kim Kardashian announced in on her blog saying, “Every year the whole family gets together to take pics for our family Christmas Card…. This year was extra special because we had a new addition to the family… little Mason!”

But ranking top of Google Trends today is the video of the horrific School Board Shooting in Panama City, Florida. A distraught gunman known as 56-year old Clay Duke opened fire to a School Board that apparently fired his wife. He missed all 6 people and he was shot by the security guard and he later turned the gun to himself.

LOL! I know. It’s not a good thing to make fun of a break up. I am not making fun of it, it’s just that I have had this huge crush on Zac Efron for the longest time and he’s always been attached to that girl – whatsherface? Vanessa Hudgens.
Now that it has been confirmed that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are no longer an item, it’s time for me to move in! The two have been dating since 2006 when they met during the filming of “High School Musical”. According to reports, the relationship simply ran its course and the two have decided to still remain friends.
