Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead Documentary – Reboot your life.

What were the chances?!

I was at home yesterday, feeling lethargic and without energy after eating a big meal at a friend’s house.  I was flipping through my Netflix account when I came over a documentary entitled, “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead“.  First, I thought Joe Cross was cute so I started watching.   Once I got started, I couldn’t stop.  I watched it all the way to the end and guess what?  It has inspired me beyond belief.  Right after I watched the film, I bought a Breville juicer to get me started on my reboot.

Yes, I want to lose weight.  Yes, I want more energy.  And yes, I want to feel good about myself.

That started it all.

I would encourage you to see the film and you tell me if it doesn’t inspire you to become healthy.    And, should you feel the need to purchase a Breville Juicer – I found the cheapest price on Zappos.  I was originally going to purchase it from Amazon.com but they didn’t offer free shipping on the item and it cost more.

Goodluck to me!  I will document my experience and I will post it here… soon!  I’m waiting for the juicer to arrive – – and waiting for July 4th to be over because I am having a barbecue on that day.  I will start my reboot right after!  🙂
