In about 18 days, I will be flying to one of the most exotic places on earth. A country bustling with promise and fortune. Brazil.
If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you must know how much I love Brazil. I’ve been to Brazil four times in the last four years. Yup, that’s once a year for the last four. Now, I’m on my fifth year and I still cannot get enough of it. The last trip took us to the borders of Brazil and Argentina, to see the world renowned Iguazu Falls. The experience couldn’t be captured in words.
This year, we’re going to visit Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre. It will be a short trip. I usually stay for about 13 days. This time around, it will only be for 10 days. That should be enough for us to see more of Rio and a bit more of Porto Alegre.
One of the events that I didn’t know about in Rio is the Rio Harley Days. I have never seen one here in the US but I’m sure it happens in big cities. Brazil is one of the BRIC countries, with promising economies. Would you believe that these many people own Harleys in Brazil?
I’ve said it before and I will say it again. If I am given the right opportunity to live and work in Brazil, I will grab the opportunity. And with my entrepreneurial abilities, I would probably open up a business of my own and one idea is to sell Harley parts. Just imagine the huge market in Brazil that I could capture.
They have always said that no one has become rich working for somebody else. I am still thinking about it. Anyone want to invest with me?
