I had dinner with a friend of mine last night. She has recently been hanging out with us a lot. We got into talking about our finances because I was voicing out that I have been spending a lot of cash lately. Imagine going out every weekend and dining out two to three times a week! It all adds up.
She told me that she was thinking about the same thing. So over the weekend, she cut up most of her credit cards and only left two of them active for emergency purposes. She and her husband plans to buy a house early next year.
I told her that I’m about to look into getting help from a financial advisor. Fee only financial advisor would help direct me to the path to financial freedom. If I plan everything right, I will probably be able to retire earlier than required.
Have any of my readers had any experience with financial advisors? If so, would you recommend one? A certain company?
