Just when you thought you’ve seen all Youtube marriage proposals, along comes one that is somewhat different than the rest. Spencer Stout proposed marriage to his boyfriend Dustin at a Home Depot in Utah, of all places. It not only makes it more interesting, I think it makes it more romantic. Which gay guy doesn’t love Home Depot? LOL!
Here’s the description they had on Youtube:
Dustin arrived at the Home Depot in Salt Lake City thinking he was there to help his roommate pick out some lighting for a party. When he was taken to the lumber aisle, what he found waiting for him was a mob of friends and family as his marriage proposal unfolded to the song, “Somebody Loves You” by Betty Who.
Spencer and Dustin would like to thank all of our amazing family and friends for their continued love and support!
The most amazing part is that the whole family was there to participate including the children. That alone says that we’ve come a long way. Even adults with children doesn’t think that we have a disease. They are great examples to the children in the video in helping them know that gay people are regular people just like they are. SPECTACULAR!!
