NextDayBetter NYC Event – May 3, 2014

In Three Words…

NextDayBetter NYC is about food, breakthroughs, and creativity.

This is not your typical event gathering – we’re all about breakthrough innovations, re-imagined Filipino Food for the soul, and boundless creativity inspired by the Philippines. We have photo exhibits to a food tasting featuring upcoming up and coming Filipino Chefs. Libations provided by San Miguel, Runa and Tyku Premium Sake. Are you ready?

If you want to attend, the event will take place on May 3, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. If you’re already in the NYC area, no worries – you must go.  If you live in and around the New York City area – – I encourage you to go.

Tickets are $40.00 for early birds (deadline is tonight) and $45.00 regular price after tonight.

[Featured Chef] Yana Gilbuena

This up and coming chef has a grand vision – she is literally traveling to each state to host a Filipino Feast. No joke. Watch her video here – a quick and simple NextDayBetter greeting.

[Featured Chef] Norman Dalager 

This chef runs supper clubs like nobody’s business. Check out Masarap Supper Club – he is re-imagining Filipino Food in ridiculous ways. In addition to yummy creations, he is also preparing a Tyku Premium Sake infused cocktails for our New York City attendees.

[Featured Chef] Eileen Formanes 

Coming straight from Corporate America, Chef Eileen took the entrepreneurial leap and started Bibingka-esk to re-imagine Filipino desserts for all types of palette. Taste her dessert at our events. Yum! Read more here.

[NextDayBetter Artist] Castro 

He simply goes by Castro – a creative that helped MOMA Stores rethink it’s visual identity. This dope artist’s art work will be featured on our stage. We heart creatives and we find that it’s our duty to share their art to the world.

[NextDayBetter Partner] Filipino American Museum

This collaborations make total sense. Filipino American Museum is a new community and institution that is honoring and celebrating Filipino American inspired creativity. At our NextDayBetter NYC event, they will be showcasing their interactive video installation inspired by Typhoon Haiyan Relief. 

The Principal of FAM will be in attendance. Meet them at our event. Are you ready?
