DJ Mo Twister (Mohan Gumatay) has been successful in trying to stay in the public eye even though he is no longer in the Philippines. He’s been in the news lately. First, he was in the news because of DJ Mojo accusing him of being “fraudulent, physically and verbally abusive”.
Mo Twister is notorious for creating buzz.
This time, he and his fellow Good Times co-hosts on Magic 89.9 decided to trend something on Twitter. They decided to use the hastag #Charice and PempengcoSexTape. The hashtag trended for several hours which actually generated a response from Charice herself.
Chuvahotness # 39 – is Filipino-Chinese Actor Xian Lim (SHIRTLESS PHOTOS)
It’s hard to even imagine that rising star Xian Lim was a chubby kid when he was growing up. From his interview with Janice de Belen on Showbiz Insider Report, we found out that he was bullied at a very young age and was sometimes forced to eat his lunch inside the rest room to avoid being ridiculed and bullied at the school cafeteria. But look who’s laughing now? That little ugly duckling has turned into a swan.
Alexander Xian Cruz Lim Uy is a Filipino-Chinese model and actor, also known as Xian Lim. He landed his first major acting role in 2009 when he was cast in the TV adaptation of the film Katorse. He was studying Management at the University of the East where he was also a member of the university’s men’s basketball varsity team.
Lim is known for his hosting at Binibining Pilipinas 2012
Lim is a contract artist of Star Magic. He starred in a few minor roles before landing a lead role in Katorse. In 2010, he got a supporting role in Rubi as Luis Navarro.

Colton Dixon Voted Off American Idol. Only Six Finalists Remain. Jessica Sanchez is safe!
For someone who was never at the bottom, Colton Dixon being eliminated tonight was a shocker.
The polls that I conducted indicated that they are almost positive that it will be Elise Testone will be eliminated from a POLL I took today. Almost 38% of the voters thought it would be Elise. I thought that myself as well, but I guess we can be wrong. That is how American Idol work – you just never know what the results would be.
To all fellow Filipinos and Mexican brothers – thanks for voting for Jessica Sanchez! I believe our unity saved her from elimination.
We’ll have to find out next week. Let’s vote harder folks. This is going to be a tough few weeks.

It was just revealed that Gary Valenciano will be the 3rd mentor / judge on X Factor Philippines.
Joining Charice and Martin Nievera, the singer was excited to be a part of the reality / talent competition. Hosted by KC Concepcion, X Factor is the next reality / talent competition to be launched in the Philippines.
“I’m flattered talaga na pinili ako bilang isa sa mga judges. X Factor kasi iba din yon. Yung X factor na yon, kaya siya X di mo masasabi kung sino ang may X na yon. Maaaring sasabin ng tao what does the X stand for? We don’t know but it’s all going to be seen. It’s going to be experienced and interpreted in the contestant’s own way and the judges will see that. Yung tipong di ko alam pero ang galing noon, yun ang x-factor.”
“They chose the right judges. You even have Charice. Some people say: ‘What? Charice?’ But Charice is international. Isnt’ that what every artist want to be – international?”

Piolo confesses he wants to be a pastor someday…
Piolo Pascual doesn’t hide the fact that he’s a born-again Christian. He now admits that he wants to become a pastor someday.
In an interview with Wilson Lee Flores, Piolo admitted being drawn to serving as a pastor but was told by his pastor from Victory Christian Fellowship that he is where he needs to be at the moment.
And he even contemplated on joining the priesthood!!
“Positive thinking, have faith in God, love life, avoid things bad for the health or body, keep things simple in one’s life, pray, read the Bible every day.”

Derek Ramsay confirms offer from TV5 but have not signed a contract just yet.
With all the network transfers going on today, much of the celebrities from ABS-CBN are being lured to TV5 without resistance from ABS-CBN. Hunk Derek Ramsay is the most recent talent to be lured but he says that if he transfers, it will not be about money.
Seriously? Money is always the reason. Why would you move somewhere else for the same pay?
“Like I said, everyone is saying that it’s because of money. No, it’s not.
“Actually, the offer from TV5 is a project that they’re willing to give me.
“That will probably convince me because it’s designed with my personality, my interest—which I’m always looking forward to Channel 2.
“Unfortunately, wala, no opportunity was given.
“Ang tagal ko na ring wala TV, sa Channel 2.
“So, we’ve decided na the best option here for now is for me to not sign.
“Then, the family will decide on what we’re going to do with my career after I get back over the week.”
Anyway, Walang Hanggan is still number one and it’s still ABS-CBN. So, I’m not betting that TV5 will take the reign in these network wars even if they keep luring ABS-CBN talents.

The man who helped raise awareness of the brutality of Uganda’s Joseph Kony in a viral video called KONY 2012 , Jason Russell, was arrested in San Diego last Friday according to US News. He was caught allegedly masturbating in public and acting bizarre and erratic.
A new video just surfaced of Jason Russell, naked and yelling profanities, running back and forth in a street corner.
Friends and family say that Jason was admitted to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation and that he “did some irrational things brought on by extreme exhaustion and dehydration“.
But I believe in what his wife said in an interview after the incident:
“On our end the focus remains only on his health, and protecting our family. We’ll take care of Jason, you take care of the work. The message of the film remains the same: stop at nothing.”

Forget about Piolo Pascual. Forget about Gerald Anderson. I will go even as far as Aljur Abrenica and my one and only crush, Coco Martin.
Yes, “Walang Hanggan” is still the number one teleserye nationally (and possibly internationally among Filipino households) and Coco Martin deserves it because he is indeed a great actor.
For a moment, let’s talk about versatility and marketability. Who is the most-sought-after Filipino leading man to-date? I would put my money where my mouth is. I would say if I have to invest in a film, and the leading man chosen is John Lloyd Cruz, I will go ALL IN.

I’m not loving Kirk Cameron anymore. Anti-gay comments on Piers Morgan Tonight last Friday. Faces backlash. (VIDEO)
I used to love Kirk Cameron. Loved him since the 80s and even loved him when he proudly declared that he has become a Born Again Christian. I thought he would be different from the other “self-proclaimed-Christians” whom I encounter. Apparently not.
During an interview with CNN’s Piers Morgan, the “Growing Pains” actor clearly stated that he is against Gay Marriage and regarding homosexuality, he said:
“I think that it’s (homosexuality) … unnatural. I think that it’s detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.”
“Marriage was defined by God a long time ago. Marriage is almost as old as dirt, and it was defined in the garden between Adam and Eve — one man, one woman for life till death do you part. So I would never attempt to try to redefine marriage. And I don’t think anyone else should either. So do I support the idea of gay marriage? No, I don’t.”
When asked what he would do if one of his six kids told him,
“Dad, bad news, I’m gay,” Cameron responded, “I’d sit down and I’d have a heart to heart with them, just like you’d do with your kids.”
Morgan shot back, “I’d say, ‘That’s great, son! As long as you’re happy.’ What would you say?”
Cameron offered,“I wouldn’t say ‘That’s great, son, as long as you’re happy.’ There are all sorts of issues we need to wrestle through in our life… Just because you feel one way doesn’t mean we should act on everything we feel.”
Tracey Gold, his co-star from Growing Pains did not share that view. She tweeted on her Twitter page:
“I am a strong supporter of the #LGBT Community, and I believe in equal rights for all. #NOH8 #LOVE.”
Good for you Tracey!!! So, here’s a question for you Kirk – - you said to teach your children about a loving God — but cannot impart love to your LGBT brothers and sisters? What gives?

Yup. You’ve been hearing his name for quite some time now. Josh Hutcherson is a name not all too unfamiliar anymore. Hunger Games is set to be released this month and he plays Peeta Mellark.

It looks like I have been under a rock for quite a while now, not knowing that hunky Matt Bomer is gay. Yes, Matt Bomer (who will soon appear as Blaine or Darren Crisss brother on Glee) who will star with Channing Tatum and Alex Pettyfer in the new male stripper film Magic Mike, is gay. According to Towleroad, his sexuality has been known in the industry. I just haven’t heard it.
I have a crush on Matt Bomer like I have a crush on Channing Tatum. The unfortunate thing is that Matt Bomer is partnered and Channing Tatum is straight. Oh well.

I was heartbroken when I found out Daniel Radcliffe has a mancrush on Ryan Gosling.
Let’s get one thing straight first. I started to have a crush on Daniel Radcliffe not through Harry Potter. It was when he did the broadway play for Equus is when it all happened. No, not because he was nude in most of the scenes… maybe a part of it but not all. 
I have followed him since and while reading my fave blog, Towleroad this morning – I found out that he’s on the cover of Attitude magazine which is a very popular gay magazine in the UK. You can actually get the mag on your iPad through iTunes.
I’m not here to sell magazines but I just want to let my readers know that I was heartbroken when I found out Daniel Radcliffe has a mancrush on Ryan Gosling. When asked if he might gay, he responded with this:
“No. I can quite happily say someone is handsome, good-looking, and I can see why someone would want to f**k them, but I’ve never felt that way about a man myself. There is that moment in your late teens when you ask yourself the question, ‘Am I?’ but I wasn’t…Well, this year I have a talent crush on Ryan Gosling. I think he’s fantastic and…(ahem) you know he’d be nice afterwards. He seems smart. If I was gay, I would go for a smart man.”
Well, I was not totally heartbroken because he said he would go for a smart man. I’m smart… I think. In that case, I still love him.

No one can deny that Piolo Pascual is sexy. Carlos Agassi is also sexy. Both of them do take care of their physique well and I must admit, I have wished that the rumors about Piolo Pascual being gay would be true. Carlos Agassi did admit that he had a sexual relationship with a gay man while in his teens which lasted for a year.
These photos have been around since last December and I just wonder how Piolo can pose shirtless with another guy knowing all the rumors about him swirling around. Doesn’t that give more assumptions from the public’s point of view?
I remember a neighbor I had whose body was so perfect. He would walk his dog around the neighborhood and he would be shirtless. My female neighbor would always call me when he was walking his dog and scream, “Chuva!! Look out your window!”. What straight guy would do that?
I became very good friends with the guy and he’s really a nice guy. I did have a thought in my mind that he could be gay and that his”brother” who lives with him was really not his brother. I never had a chance to find out because they moved out.

How true it is! Sometimes, we follow the wind wherever it blew because we couldn’t have the bravery to show the world who we really are. Then, a turning point sometime in our lives come. That turning point seems to say, it’s time to show the world who I really am.
That is exactly what happens to a lot of us gay people who have hidden our true selves to be accepted.. But, like me – there came a time in my life when I realized that I could be a better person if I accept who I really am and show that world that nothing has changed in their eyes but my sexual preference. It happened recently to a Chippendales dancer named Jaymes Vaughan. He recently came out through an interview with QVegas magazine.
“I hope to be able to take advantage of a platform so that my fourteen-year-old self that was sitting in Chesterfield County, Virginia, might find some hope. The fourteen year old that had no one to look up to; whose mama told him he better not be gay; whose church told him he was going to hell; whose best friend killed himself because he didn’t “fit in.” Because he didn’t have any hope. I thought for so long you had to cover up who you were to be successful. I’ve realized you can be more successful by being yourself.”

Yup – We can turn things around… Bullied gay teen finds purpose
Jamie Nabozny is probably person you’ve never heard of. But, he is the one who had the very first successful lawsuit to require a public school district to protect students from anti-bullying and harrassment.
A film entitled “Bullied” was shown in Alabama back in 2010. A film about his life and how he fought back against bullying.
He didn’t know at the time that the film will change the direction of his life. He will spoke to a sold-out educational conference Hamline University in St. Paul yesterday speaking to” teachers, administrators, social workers and parents of gay, lesbian and transgender students”.
“I was no longer the kid from Wisconsin who got beat up. I was the kid from Wisconsin who got beat up, fought back and won, and made a difference for kids all across the country.”
