Giselle Sanchez happened to see the Montano family when she performed in a show for Carol Cheng, owner of Forever 21. The comedienne asked Cesar Montano if he is getting back together with his wife Sunshine Cruz, but he remained mum and Giselle saw the sadness in his eyes. Without saying a word, Giselle knew the answer right away.
After her show, Cesar left the venue, giving her a chance to talk with Sunshine privately.
Here is a transcript of their conversation, which Giselle shared with PEP:
GISELLE: Shine, I was in Boracay with Brazilian model Marianna del Rio. Hindi raw totoo yung sa kanila ni Cesar. Mukhang nagsasabi naman ng totoo yung bata.” (Marianna is only 17 years old).
SUNSHINE: Hindi nga totoo yung sa kanila. She’s telling you the truth. Iba naman yung rason kung bakit kami hiwalay ngayon ni Buboy.
GISELLE: Pero totoo ‘ba na tinawagan mo si Marianna sa cell niya? ‘Yon ang kwento niya sa akin, e.
SUNSHINE: Yes, I did. Tinanong ko lang kung totoo bang dinala siya ni Buboy sa resthouse namin sa Bohol. Sabi naman niya, it’s true pero meeting daw yun for a movie project that Cesar will produce at kasama niya yung best friend niyang photographer na si Cathy.
GISELLE: Ay, totoo yun. I met Cathy in Boracay as well and they both swore that they just went to Buboy’s resthouse for a meeting and that Marianna’s relationship with Buboy is purely professional. Nagkakilala kasi sila sa Bohol airport dahil magkasabay sila sa flight. May pictorial si Marianna for a different project. After her pictorial, Buboy invited them to his resthouse for an exploratory talk on a possible movie. I saw Buboy here a while ago. Magkakabalikan na ba kayo soon?
