The battle between ABS-CBN’s Pinoy Big Brother Double Up and GMA-7’s Survivor Philippines: Palau intensifies as the two competing primetime reality shows try to oudo one another in the ratings. PBB Double Up had better numbers last Wednesday (Oct. 21) and Thursday (Oct. 22), but Survivor Palau had the lead last Tuesday (Oct. 20).

But overall, the primetime race is still being ruled by GMA-7 fantaserye Darna, with fellow Kapuso programs Stairway To Heaven and 24 Oras breathing down its neck.

TNS National TV Ratings (Sept. 25-28): Tayong Dalawa ends on top, Lovers In Paris opens modestly

It’s a sad but happy farewell for ABS-CBN’s powerhouse drama series Tayong Dalawa, which was topbilled by Gerald Anderson, Kim Chiu, and Jake Cuenca. After its eight-month run, Tayong Dalawa bid farewell last Friday, September 25, with a very strong 45.8 percent to lead all primetime programs.

This is according to the latest overnight ratings of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) among national households.

Tayong Dalawa was replaced by the Pinoy adaptation of the hit Koreanovela Lovers In Paris, starring Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion. Its pilot episode generated a 27.4 percent rating to take the fourth slot in the primetime race, behind fellow Kapamilya programs TV Patrol World (35.7 percent), May Bukas Pa (31.8 percent), and Katorse (30.3 percent).

TNS National TV Ratings (Sept. 22-24): Tayong Dalawa claims top spot as it bids farewell

ABS-CBN’s primetime series Tayong Dalawa is scheduled to air its final episode tonight, September 25. But it will leave primetime television on a high note as it topped the ratings game the last two nights—Wednesday and Thursday—based on the latest survey of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) among national households.

The Kapamilya network’s primetime newscast TV Patrol World took the top slot last Tuesday.

Meanwhile, since Willie Revillame’s return to Wowowee, the ABS-CBN noontime show was able to regain its No. 1 position in the daytime race.

AGB Mega Manila TV Ratings (Sept. 22-24): Tayong Dalawa grabs top spot from Darna

A night before its farewell episode, ABS-CBN’s primetime series Tayong Dalawa was able to topple GMA-7’s fantaserye Darna for the No. 1 spot in the primetime race, based on the latest overnight ratings conducted by AGB Nielsen Philippines among Mega Manila households. This is the first time that Darna failed to top the ratings game since its debut last August 10.

Tayong Dalawa posted a rating of 36.4 percent last night, September 24, while Darna got 35.4 percent. It’s interesting to find out if Tayong Dalawa will able to repeat its victory on its final episode tonight, Sept. 25.

Except for last night’s slump, Darna still dominates the primetime race, topping both the Tuesday and Wednesday ratings.

AGB Mega Manila TV Ratings (Sept. 11-14): Stairway To Heaven makes a big step on its first episode

GMA-7’s latest primetime series Stairway To Heaven may not have reached heaven yet when it piloted last night, September 14, but is well on its way there. The romantic-drama series generated a 33.5 percent rating to place fourth in the primetime slot, based on the latest overnight ratings of AGB Nielsen Philippines among Mega Manila households.

Stairway To Heaven’s pilot episode, which ran for almost an hour, went up against ABS-CBN primetime soaps Tayong Dalawa and Dahil May Isang Ikaw. Tayong Dalawa got a higher 34.4 percent to take the third spot, while Dahil May Isang Ikaw obtained 32.6 percent to secure the fifth place.

ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida still prevails over GMA-7’s Telebabad block, based on the latest overnight ratings of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) among national households.

The pilot episode of GMA-7’s latest primetime offering, Stairway To Heaven, did nothing to change the ranking in the ratings chart last night, September 14 The Kapuso romantic-drama series starring Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos opened with 25.8 percent to take sixth place.

ABS-CBN programs took the top five spots: May Bukas Pa (40.7 percent), Tayong Dalawa (39.9 percent), TV Patrol World (35.6 percent), Katorse (31.1 percent), and Dahil May Isang Ikaw (30.8 percent).

Darna led the campaign of the Kapuso network with 30.7 percent.
